"These guys ROCK! For what I paid, no financing, it will pay for itself in 4 years! 10-year warranty!! My old 2 1/2 ton, 30-year-old TRANE, was almost dead. I got bids from Sears, SOS, and Ehrlich. Tom came by looked over everything with my 30-year-old TRANE A/C.(Even looked in the Attic at the ductwork.) Both of the others took a quick peek at the inside piece and started in with the overpriced presentation. (They had great pamphlets though.) Tom wrote out a bid on a piece of paper, told me the cost of the TRANE unit, extras, and labor. Did not try to over-sell, listened to what I wanted. Around 4G, for a 2 ton with a 2 1/2 ton coil. SOS was selling the SAME TRANE unit to me. 7,600.00$. WTF!??? SEARS was even worse. My neighbor 2 doors down, paid over 9G for her new A/C unit just one month ago! (She used ARS..) 9G for a 2-ton unit? (Maybe she got the Gold plated one?) So Tom told me lets aim for next week on Thursday but maybe Friday. I said *fine* He called me Wed. Said they will be there at 8:30AM. They were, done at 5PM. Took 20 minutes for the house to get from 86 and 70% humidity to 76 and 50%. I had to turn it off because it got too chilly. No joke. Use them, everyone else is a SCAM!! It will save me on Gas too! No pilot anymore! Soooooo happy right now!! Thanks, Ehrlich!! And thanks to Tom and the guys! Great stuff! Troy O. "
