"Power Marble worked with us to determine the optimum plan to completely remodel our master bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and they finished essentially on schedule in spite of some unforseen issues. Overall, we feel the Power Marble team gave us good advice from design concept through construction and we achieved an excellent outcome. We also received excellent value for what we paid."
"After years of stalling on getting our main floor half bath done, we finally took the plunge (no pun intended) with Fix it Now. We are so glad we did! We ended up remodeling the half bath AND creating a full bath in the basement. Both turned out wonderfully - we've received compliments on both. I have already recommended them to friends and family. We worked primarily with Junior and Johnny - both were very responsive and kept us informed of what was going on day-to-day. "
"Update: The founder and owner contacted me and personally came out to inspect the work and see what could be done to improve our experience. He had a crew come out and fix any issues, even small ones I did not notice. He was more than willing to do whatever it took to fix any issues and make things right. He guaranteed the work and said if we ever have any issues to call him directly. The work was completed and now the final product is really good. After meeting Rick, I feel confident if there are any issues that they will be taken care of quickly. Communication was a huge issue with this contractor. Understandable that they started the project late due to storm damage but it did not get any better from there. After the first two days of the project we had a crew here for about 5 hours total between the two days. We never knew when a crew would be here and for how long. I had to call/email to get any basic information about when work would be done and when to expect someone to be in my house. As for the actual work......they had to redo the initial wall because they started by building it on top of the existing carpet. I?m glad I caught it before they got any further. When they sanded the drywall, they did not put up any protection and we had dust everywhere, even upstairs. There was plaster on the carpet because they did not put any drop clothes down and I had to clean it up when they were done. They forgot to install a switch cover on the light switch. We never had a final walk though when the finished so I could point any of this out to the company. We have the finished product and it is good enough, but much more of a pain getting there than it needed to be and definitely not focused on communication or quality assurance. "
"I received bids from several contractors for my remodel job. This was a kitchen remodel and opening up rooms by removing walls. I went with Longmoor because I felt like they did their homework and had a good handle on what the project would cost. Through the project, Alex was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and was a great help in letting us choose our things but giving help when we needed it. The project finished up about the time frame that we were given. There were a couple of places that I marked for the final walk through that needed corrected that I marked and when Alex walked through with me he added a couple of other things that were not up to his standards. He sent a crew back the next day to correct these things. I have some work that I will be doing in my bathrooms to update them, and I will be using Longmoor on these projects. Thanks for the good job."
"Matt and Kandi are a terrific team. They take great care in their planning and so you can rightfully expect excellent results. McKenzie is exactly who you should select for your home improvement company."
"This is actually the second and third times we have used Ryan Reph Remodeling. They have always completed our projects on time and exceeded our expectations. Their crews clean up well each day and do their best to disrupt our routine as little as possible. We have also appreciated that we can select and purchase materials on our own, but still rely on Ryan and Selwa for recommendations and design advice. We have been delighted with our finished bathrooms and look forward to working with Ryan Reph Remodeling again in the future."
"The best experience for a challenging bathroom total remodel. Gary's team is top notch and we always felt he was available to answer our questions and overall make it goes as smoothly as possible. I love my new spa bathroom. "
"Sami and his team did a pretty good job overall. There were some oversights where Sami subsequently fixed things. His crew was helpful. Electrician services were costly and not as careful. Overall they do need to be more careful with protection from dust and paint of other services and cleanup. They arent super fast but his painters had a good attitude and flexible on things."
"Easy scheduling and very good communications (texting or calling to give me updates on arrival times and status)."
"TJ is a great guy. Very good to work with. Excellent communication and knowledge. Always on time and stayed with the project until completion. He painted and repaired drywall in my bedroom which has a loft and a very high vaulted ceiling and completely gutted and remodeled master bath. This part of the job included moving shower from one end of the bathroom to the other (replacing a large soaker tub). I would definitely hire him for any future jobs."
"Did a good job"
"We are very happy with out kitchen. VA premium did a really good job from planning to execution"
"These guys are exceptional. A little pricey, but that's not unusual for this area. My favorite part is the owners are AMAZING - very attentive, quickly respond to emails, very accommodating, and routinely show up to check out the job and progress (which was RARE in my past experiences with other companies). I highly recommend these guys. They did two bathrooms and even laid hard wood floor in our master bedroom for us! Hope to use them again."
Do you want your house to have a home theater? Or are you switching to smart sockets and automated fixtures? Remodeling your home is a big job, and finding a contractor you can trust is the first step. The best home remodelers have insurance, certificates, and good references.
They should also offer a full range of remodeling services, such as:
Calling a professional remodeler is always safer than making the changes yourselves. Not only do contractors have the tools and certifications for major projects, doing your own wiring is dangerous. More extensive DIY remodeling can also invalidate your home insurance. Be sure to call several remodelers in your area and get multiple quotes, read reviews, and ask for references.
