Greg, Mason, and Landon did a great job remodeling a bathroom on our nearly 100 years old house. They had to start from the ground up, repairing rotten joists and girders before beginning work on the bathroom. In addition to a plumber, the same three people did all the work -- demolition, framing, tile, drywall, trim, painting -- which was great for communication and continuity.
They took great care to cover and protect the hardwood floors, cleaned up each day before leaving, and treated my house like it was their own. They are craftsmen and professionals, and the results were great and fairly priced. I would definitely hire them again.

I hired R.B Rouse LLC and I was very happy with the outcome. The workers on the job kept the work area clean. They adhered to safety and COV19 protocols. We had this company complete a third floor and build a wood fireplace on our back porch. They take great pride and making sure you are happy and provide honest prices. That is hard to find in the contracting world! If we had any issues, questions, or concerns they were quickly addressed. We would hire them again and in about a year or so we will be looking at upgrading our kitchen. I would give them a n opportunity to earn their business and trust.

Elier Hernandez, the owner, promptly returned my request for a bid. He arrived on time when he was scheduled to meet me and was curteous and attentive to my needs during the intital consultation. Elier and his worker have an excellent work ethic and these guys are very skilled in the trade. My kitchen now has the "WOW" factor that I always wanted. Phillip, owner of Hive Services, was a delight to work with! His wife, Jennifer, is a designer and is very adept at understanding your personal style on projects. They renovated 2 bathrooms in 5 weeks and did an excellent job throughout. At times, I had questions about various approaches and Phillip would make it clear to me the reason to implement/not implement some of my ideas. It was refreshing to deal directly with the GC rather than a salesperson. Despite the fact that he usually has several simultaneous jobs throughout Wake County, he would check in on our job with the subcontractors once and often twice a day.
The pricing on our jobs was excellent. You are given a budget for specific items and given suggestions of where to select them, so you have a good idea all through the process of your expenditures; specifically, how they match the proposed budget of your job. Consequently there are no surprises when the job is completed.
In conclusion, we are already planning a fireplace revamp and installation of new hardwood floors with Phillip and Hive Services.

We just finished using Creative Homebuilding for a full kitchen remodel which included removing a wall, relocating the fridge, installing new cabinets/countertops, and upgrading electrical (both in the kitchen and a totally new electrical panel inside the house + electrical box outside of the house).
We were coming off of a really frustrating stair remodel with a different company and were nervous about going all in on such a big project with someone we'd never used before but ultimately decided to trust Pat because he had great reviews, was honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. I'm SO glad we did!
Pat and his sons were incredibly professional but also understanding and kind. I'm so pleased with the results of our kitchen (see before and after shots attached) and will truly miss having them around. Hands down would recommend them for any project. We'll definitely have them back to our home for future projects.

Our project was a fairly large project. We have an ~800 sq ft deck that is off the first floor over a walk out basement. We had to replace the entire structure (joists and decking) and as part of this, a RainEscape water drainage system was incorporated into the deck so the underside was dry and finished off. Mike was very knowledgeable and meticulous on this project. He made sure that everything looked great and was done right, especially the drainage system. He even came back after 6 months to redo a few areas where decking boards had warped, All in all, I'm very pleased with the results and Mike's work. I would recommend him for projects big or small.
