I am trying to display all of our photo galleries on our website (with over 3,000 stories) in a tiled or mosaic gallery. It looks like other people have an option for displaying all galleries in this way in the media > settings area called “Image Gallery Carousel” options, however that does not show up at all for me in that area, just the image sizes.
Is there a plugin that would be blocking this? Or some other way to get it to show up? Or is there another plugin that can automatically update all of the galleries to a display like that?

also – I deactivated all of my plugins and tried switched to a wordpress theme on our staging site and that did not make this option section display.
