Mark did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem and has the A/C back up and running very quick. Initially we thought our problem was manageable until later in the week. However, the problem became worse and Brooklyn was able to move our service to the next day. I highly recommend Temp Pro Birmingham.

When I asked this guy to install my heating and air conditioner alone with the duct work underneath my house, I did not make no mistake. He did an EXCELLENT job! When I looked under my house at the duct work, I could not believe the neatness and he is such a nice, polite and professional person to work with. It did not take him a long time to complete the job. I am very, very impressed. I will give him a 5/5 anytime. I never liked anything half done and want things to be done right. I CHOSE THE RIGHT PERSON!!

We have had Arrow Air out for other services through our home warranty company. We requested hired them to instal a new thermostat for our AC unit. The technician Derrick arrived in the evening - he was professional knowledgable, and cheerful, even at the end of his shift. Derrick had been out at our house for a previous repair and we were happy to have him assigned to this project. We will request Derrick for any further service! Very impressed with the customer service, his friendliness and the time he takes to explain what needed to be done.

Mr. Romine was fast, professional and saved us thousands. Our A/C went out and he came the the very next day gave us a quote(which was much less than competitors) and had it installed the next morning. It looks great, it works great, and our energy bills are significantly less. He has followed up to make sure we were happy and came back a year later to do the first yearly maintenance at no cost to us. We Highly recommend this company, Thanks Brett!
