Professional Restoration Services, Inc.There was a project manager for the drying out and for the restoration and they were both great! They were in contact and/or here every day and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here. The restoration manager made sure we were happy with all the work and had one or two small things redone or repaired. No complaints and while I would prefer to not to have to use them again I certainly would not hesitate to do so if I had another house disaster.- Jill G.

MXJ Construction--Roldo JeronimoRoldo came by, assessed the project and provided us with a plan and a quote. He answered all our questions and explained to us how he would complete the project. Shortly after notifying Roldo that MXJ had been selected for the project, he and his assistant arrived as scheduled, started and completed the project as planned and as budgeted. Simon Hardwood FloorsSimon refinished our hardwood floor 10 years ago and our floors needed a buff and coat after some rough use and a lot of traffic over the years. I was one of those clients who had one thing after another go wrong (simply due to the subpar materials originally installed in my house). Jonathan and his crew were wonderful helping me get though it, answering my questions, and coming out when unexpected things happen. The work is of wonderful quality. Jonathan is great about answering texts/calls/emails really fast. There is complete honesty with everything throughout the process. This project has been 5 years in the making, and Jonathan was one of my original estimates and he was my only 'second' estimate, that's how impressed I was even 5 years ago. Jonathan worked with my budget, even the unexpected parts, and is willing to work with you to get what you need at a price you can afford. Jonathan let me do the demo myself, but then he and his crew did: new plumbing, new floor, new drywall in walls and ceiling, new electrical, new bathtub, new tile shower, new doors, new baseboard molding, new fixtures, and new bath fans. Everything was done within 1 months time. All in all, Affordable Remodeling is hands down, 100% the way to go. I will absolutely hire them again when it comes time for further projects.- Patricia M.

From the first contact with Shawna and her crew to the last day of installation, communication was excellent! The hardwood floors were installed in our kitchen and family room. The LVP was installed in a bathroom. We have an older home on a sloping lot which means uneven floors. Shawna's crew worked hard to make sure that the sub-flooring was even and square. I was overall happy with the outcome of my stairway and floor! I had several estimates and felt great about Santi Hardwood Floors. I only gave a rating of fair for punctuality because I had to wait an hour or so from the time that I was given. I understand that they may have gotten stuck at a job or pulled away for something else. It was not a big deal because I had nowhere to go, but others may feel different. I had great communication with Julio and Gizelle. I am sure that I spelled her name wrong. They both understood any concerns that I had and worked to make this a successful transaction. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend to others.

Showed up right on time, made flawless repairs, and cleaned everything up as they went along. Finished price was just as estimated. Excellent work. I would use them again without hesitation. Ariel from New hope paint & drywall and his team converted my unfinished attic to a movie theater room. Ariel's team did framing, insulation, drywall, paint, carpentry and did an excellent job. Through out the project Ariel took great care and has communicated well in advance if there were any delays. I also liked the immediate response if I had any questions. The estimate was very competitive and I highly recommend hiring New hope drywall and paint LLC for re-modeling or to complete unfinished areas. I won't hesitate hiring New hope for my future projects and they definitely deserve 5 stars :)

AA Contracting came out very quickly to provide and estimate and was able to do all of the repair work soon afterwards. I needed quite a few 24x24 ceramic floor tiles installed by different company reset because they were popping up. They repaired them, recut and replaced those that needed it and re-grouted. I am very happy with their work.
