Recent Review: My tenants were freezing and I contacted 212HVAC with a simple search online with HVAC repair. I was lucky enough to get Eli. The guys came the next day. I wish I would have called earlier in the day and not at 10:00PM. Had I called in the morning they said they could have come that day. I was lucky I got them because they came the next day and fixed the furnace. Good thing because it is cold again. My tenants are warm and I don't have to worry about it anymore. The gentleman took safety precautions with a mask, booties and gloves. I have to admit my tenants were hesitant to let people in the unit because of COVID but they were pleasantly surprised all around. Thank you 212HVAC!!!

Recent Review: On 3/7, we called Brian Santora to explain that we needed our water meter moved, have new piping attached and a new cut-off valve. He made an appointment for 3/8; he came and viewed the meter, piping, etc. We had a built-in bar that had to be removed before any of the work could be performed. He came back on 3/11 and removed the bar, which included a built-in sink. He capped the remaining pipe and sewer outlets and left the basement spotless in the area he worked. He told us he would return on 3/14 to jackhammer the tile and cement floor; lift up the water meter; do a new copper pipe connection and shut-off value as he had to get the permits for do the remaining work. He arrived on 3/14 at 10 am as promised and by 3:30 pm, the entire job was completed! Brian did an amazing job on removing the tile floor where the pipes & meter were located without breaking the rest of the tile floor. The meter, copper piping and new lever were installed above the floor near the wall. Brian is totally professional, courteous and certainly knows about plumbing. We decided to retain him as our plumber for our furnace maintenance and for any future situations that may arise. He was extremely accurate on the price he estimated. We had four other estimates which were approximately $1400; however, we would have had to have someone else remove the built-in bar as none of the other companies offered to do it. Brian left our woodpaneling intact without any damage done due to the removal. We could not believe that everything he said he would do he did and with such care to our finished basement. We are going to recommend ISE Plumbing & Heating to anyone who inquiries if we "know a good plumber". We could not have asked for a better experience!!!!

Recent Review: I'm what you call a fan of PAC, it seems that everything they touch turns into art. I've compared other contractors work to theirs and they are by far the best in Staten Island. This round I had my central A/C and furnace replaced. My old system was put in way before we moved in, it was missing a valve and an emergency switch to turn it off, it needed to be changed. The guys showed up early 8am on the dot, they worked non-stop. I have to say they are very quick and very clean, even after they removed the furnace they swept behind and around it. When the work was completed I was amazed how beautiful everything was completed. They have gained my trust and my loyalty. Cheers guys, keep up the great work.

Recent Review: Contractor arrived on time and promptly put on fabric shoe covers so as to not track dirt through our house. Our requests were fairly simple but Right One repaired everything thoroughly and answered all of my quicks throughout the job. Overall I felt they did a great job, had a fair price and were professional. I would call them again for future plumbing needs.
