Description
When modifying a published topic, it is duplicated on site wide activity.
Happens whatever the forum config is: group or site wide forum.
Though this issue existed and was solved in the past, but i can't remember BP/bbP version... ;-)

It's fixed in what will be 2.6 with [5857], but was never backported to the 2.5 branch.
