We had a great experience with Rich and his team for a diverse list of projects we needed done inside and outside our home (fan and light replacement, curtain installation, rotted wood replacement, finishing part of our basement, repairing and weatherproofing doors, caulking). Rich advised us on affordable options, gave us a detailed and specific quote with creative solutions (e.g. for a water shutoff cover panel in an awkward location), communicated proactively about scheduling issues (some of our project needed good weather conditions), were extremely courteous and tidy in completing the projects, talked us through parts of the projects as they went, and did a final walkthrough. We would definitely hire them again next time we need something done around the house.

A great company to work with! They took care of getting permits, or ordering materials, and building our deck. Trent and his crew truly surpassed all of my expectations! I had them replace my wood siding with vinyl, install new flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, install new toilets and vanities, paint, install new cabinet fronts and hardware and replace and repair my fro teal Beau and steps.. They actually built the cabinet doors (shaker style) to save us money and they are gorgeous! Trent has a sharp eye for detail and doesnâ t miss a detail. His pricing is fair and he got us a quote quickly.
Their work is top notch - but what really sets them apart is the service. Trent stayed in contact with me so I always knew what their plans were. He and his crew are all super friendly - none of them got annoyed or flustered even when I couldnâ t make a decision on a wall color. They were all great with working around 2 adults working from home and a 6 year old in virtual school. My 6 year old has already said he misses them being at the house!

Mike and his team did a great job on our new deck and storage shed. The project took longer than we had hoped, but the final product came out fine and made it worth the wait. Mike did a great job of putting our wishes into a professional design drawing. His crew members were very nice and listened to any issues we had and did their best to make it right. It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. I worked with A&J to repair a bunch of rotted trim on the exterior of my home. They did the job quickly, cleaned up the site, and everything looks great. They could've done a smash and go job but they took their time to get all of the rotted wood and make sure the finished product looked good. I will happily work with them again on future projects.

My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate.
Things I like about this company:
1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions
2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them
3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation
4. They took care of all permits and inspections
5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities
6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations
7. They were very courteous and professional
Things they could improve:
1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc.
2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later.

The subgrade crawl space and exterior cinder block foundation wall of our 65-year old house was deteriorating to the point where it was structurally unsound. This area contains our hot water heater, whole house water filter, sump pump, and water, sewer, HVAC, and dryer lines and pipes. An independent structural engineer inspected and prepared a detailed remediation recommendation. Over a 6-week period, despite harsh winter weather, BTL Homes did a complete rebuild of the exterior wall, installed ceiling supports and a new sump pump, rebuilt the steps into the space, and waterproofed and installed exterior drains. We were able to stay in our home during this project. They did an excellent job remediating the cellar and responded to our requests for additional clean-up to the surrounding area that had been disturbed by the excavation and construction. We can certainly recommend BTL Homes for this type of work, as their process is fair and well managed.

These guys are absolutely FANTASTIC!! They are very thorough and pay attention to detail. I was very nervous about my project before I hired them but I'm glad I made the right decision. Jordan is outstanding to work with. He treats you like he really wants to earn and keep your business. Also, this is a veteran friendly company so that is very much appreciated. They are about 80 percent complete with my project but I'm not worried at all. Based on what I've seen thus far, I'm sure the finished product will be to my liking. Working with Maison was better than we could have imagined. My husband and I usually do most home projects on our own since we have heard horror stories about working with contractors. But our project involved creating an opening and stairs into the garage from the main house to the unfinished space above our garage. This was not something we could do ourselves not with juggling work and kids. Originally, the space above the garage could only be accessed by deck stairs outside. This was not ideal for us. We have three boys and did not want them to have to go outside to get to this room. We wanted to create a recreation room for this space, a place for our family to hang out. We had multiple area contractors come to give us a quote. Most of them did not want to tackle doing the stairs. They offered to finish the room but not do the stairs. Either we would not hear back from them, or they gave us quotes that were enough to build a brand-new house. We had given up hope on finding a contractor, so we decided just to contract somebody to do the stairs, and we would do the rest ourselves. Initially, we were asking Ken for a quote just for the stairs. But he wanted to do the whole job. Our first impression of Ken was that he was a good guy, so we took a leap of faith because we had become very skeptical of all contractors at that point. Maison pleasantly surprised us. Their work was ahead of schedule and meticulous. Ken and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. They exceeded our expectations. They were mindful to our work and family schedule. We would not hesitate to use them again. We recommend them for any home project you may have.
