I've been using Pyramid for years, they consistently provide great service. The technician called ahead of his arrival to let me know he was en route which was greatly appreciated. He addressed all my concerns and was knowledgeable and professional.

The technician who came to check the heating system was very knowledgeable. However the guy who came to clean the system had some problems. We have a filtering system in the heater and he didn t know how to operate it. They are pretty professional.

The repairman accommodated my work schedule and came to our house at 7:30 a.m. He did not have the part he needed with him, and he returned the following Monday with the part, again at 7:30 a.m.

After a fiasco with another company, ABC arrived on one day's notice to perform maintenance on our furnace. Kumar arrived in a clean, well maintained van. He did all the work promised in a clean and professional manner. Obviously the fan and motor was filthy and he said he could take it out for $200, but needed to be sure he had no other appointments. I agreed and he called the office then began the process of removing the fan assembly exhibiting knowledge and skill. At the end of the day, Kumar did the job and only charged us $169 for the entire job that also includes another maintenance job next October and comes with a six-month "No Breakdown Guarantee". I can't thank Kumar, Linda and Sue enough for their professionalism and excellent service. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

We just received price information and what their product was all about. Pete the sales person was very professional and went through what they would do to install the furnace. Unfortunately we did not go with Haddon. I would refer them to friends and family.

They were wonderful. They were here on time. They worked like crazy. We had a problem, it was a memorial day weekend. The Friday before, they finished it up and as they were testing the service, the circuit board on the furnace gave out and we couldn't use anything. So, rather than let us sit over the weekend, they had them come out at 7 o'clock at night and they drove from another area so that it could be fixed. They didn't leave until it was perfectly fine and then they came back every time we had a little problem. They were very prompt if we have a problem. We have recommended them to other people.

It was okay. The guy was nice. We ended up having another company to come out to finish the work. We got a second opinion and the opinion was different so we decided to go with the other company. The guy who came out was on time and he was very clean. He picked up after himself really well which was great. But for more difficult problems, he’s probably not the right guy.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were very professional and polite. I was a little confused because one had come out a year or two before and found a potential problem which I hadn't had fixed yet and this guy didn't seem to find it this time. I don't know what that means and whether the first potential problem wasn't a problem or this guy just missed it. I suspect they have varying levels of competence and this guy wasn't as competent as the first guy. The pricing for the Big Deal was great. I didn't spend any additional. I probably wouldn't use them again.

They have been around for long. They have been pretty good. I like the technician, whoever they sent out. The last time I think he worked hard to figure out the problem and he really stuck with it the other ones are okay. The previous one, I guess years ago. I would say eight years ago was possibly calling the home office to figure out what was going on. Probably just not experienced enough.
