Peter did a fantastic job installing a railing in our stairwell. We have a 1940's home so the walls were mixed concrete and drywall, but that was no issue for Peter at all. He told us exactly what we needed to order so he could get the job done right. His measurements were perfect and his install went smoothly and precisely. Additionally, Peter did some work on our outdoor fence to get a section of it reattached to a post it had pulled away from. Again, precision work in getting this done.
Peter was quick to respond via email and text, and arrived early to both the estimate and day of work. He's a total pro from start to finish, and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Without hesitation we will be hiring him for other projects in the future.

From the on-site review and estimate process to the completion of the project, this has been one of the best contractor experiences we have had. Ryan (owner) personally came to estimate our project (attic and crawl-space insulation), was patient in addressing our questions and, within 24 hours, provided us with a detailed line-item estimate. He was also on-site when the project work began. They started on time (despite cold and snow) and ensured the cleanliness of our home prior to initiating work. They thoroughly prepared the attic space prior to blowing in insulation, raising the r-factor from r-5 (Xcel energy audit) to r-55. In the crawl-space, they first removed >50 large garbage bags full of old, inefficient insulation batts, then foam-filled the rim joists and lined the walls with insulation (the floor was already sealed due to radon mitigation). Finally, they swept and vacuumed the entire work space, including all parts of the house through which theyâ d moved.

I chose Simple Home Energy Solutions after getting several bids for doing spray foam in the attic. His experience was clearly superior to the other contractors.
Robert identified several problems right away (missing insulation, mold in attic and squirrel nests) and was able to redo the insulation in the time frame I needed. He communicated with me throughout the process and made sure any problems we found were addressed.
I would definitely work with him again for future insulation work.

Evan was professional and knowledgeable. The TV mantel mount was superbly installed considering it was mounted on a rough rock surface above our fireplace. This mount can be easily tilted, moved up or down this increasing the viewerâ s experience. We were so impressed that we hired him for additional work (another review pending). We hired Dream Home and Presley for a complete kitchen renovation, refinishing of hardwood floors and fireplace renovation with stacked stone. Jose did an amazing job on our attic and garage. There's now an even pink blanket of insulation we can already see the difference in how much our heater runs. After they were done they took the time to ensure the mess was cleaned up and made it look like they were never there. Be sure to hire Jose!

The brothers did an excellent job with their quality of work. They swept up the drywall dust and fallen insulation. They plugged all the 1 inch holes very nicely. I only had to mop the remaining dust and debris. Highly recommend these guys!!ð

We called Cenco when we didn't know who else could give us honest feedback. We were stuck between our insurance company and FEMA when our house got destroyed from flooding. Matt came out, did a full inspection with support videos and photos and helped us to better understand the steps and pitfalls of the claims and reconstruction process. We ended up having to tear down the entire house and rebuild it! Cenco's solid recommendations gave us a road map when we did hire a general contractor to complete the work. I sure hope we never have to go through that again, but if we do, I will surely reach out to the pros at Cenco for guidance!
