Mike's Home ImprovementContract was signed in Feb but by April it was apparent that our materials would not be available. New materials were selected in May and work started mid-June and was completed within 1 week. Mike F and crew were very professional, skilled and friendly. They were open to suggestions and were very diligent to get the job done. Cleanup was very good with all demo and extra materials removed. Deck looks great and should last a very long time.- Ian P.

Home Exteriors Roofing, Siding and WindowsHome Exteriors was the first of many contractors we received quotes from. Initially we were unsure about the quote we received from home exterior. We weren’t even thinking that the wood deck needed to be replaced due to the mold. But Gary spelled out why, the quote, and their philosophy. They are very responsive and called us back to check how our quotes were going and if we had questions. Then the parade of sheisters came and went. From roofers to window companys (their the worst) giving us their quotes. Prices reaching as high as 15k over HE quote. Some recommended keeping the wood deck and they would use a spray for the wood (not a quality job). But Gary advised against putting new shingles on compromised wood and he was right. So we went with them and they kept their quoted amount, did a high quality job, kept the timeline, thorough clean up, windows were nicely installed and all of their workers were great! This is a really great contractor, don’t waste your time and money with anyone else!- Lisa D.

Home Exteriors Roofing, Siding and WindowsSo many contractors out there... Sooooooo few good ones! Coming from a family of contractors, I generally hiring the actual individual who's doing the specific job. However, I am so happy I hired Home Exteriors to handle everything on my rental for me! Gary came out to give me the estimate for my complete exterior makeover and I was immediately 'smitten' by his professionalism! Being a big project, I actually met with 5 contractors this time. For the "price contentious" people out there, one estimate was considerably less, another a few hundred less, one was slightly higher and the 5th much higher. Strange but true. I chose to go with Home Exteriors because of his professionalism, his taking the time to actually care and make 'very helpful' suggestions and because of their quality of work as mentioned in their reviews. The work I had done was a complete tear off and new roof, new vinyl siding, with shake and nice accent trim, (which we went over together a few times and he helped me), new gutters and glass block windows. They had a different team of workers for each of the projects which I found to be best. All did excellent work in a timely manner. He also did a great job of getting rid of so many 'unnecessary' electrical wires hanging everywhere from all the different tenants thru the years. My only concern was the gutter guys he used didn't 'take the initiative' to finish off a downspout that was left open hanging towards the driveway with a sharp edge. That surprised me. I called Gary and he sent someone over there immediately! I highly recommend them. I'm still doing my happy dance! 10 stars out of 5! Wayne was the first to respond to a request for estimating repair of my enclosed porch. The walls had deteriorated over time and one had blown in during a winter storm. He suggested that I replace the walls with an open railing porch, which was a huge cost savings. After I gave him a deposit, he came with his crew the following week and completed the tear-down and build in less than a day. I couldn't be more pleased; my neighbors and friends have commented on how nice the new porch looks, and adds to the appearance of the house and property. Wayne is quick, efficient and affordable. I would recommend him.

They took our money in January but they did not do the work. They said they would order siding. They said they ordered the wrong siding so that we need to wait for another week again because they needed to reorder it. We called several times and they were not returning our phone calls. We called 3 different persons from the company and we haven't heard anything from them. The last time we heard from them was last Tuesday when they said they would deliver the container after that we heard nothing from them.

We had planned for a while to have a stone accent wall done in our great room. We were so very pleased to find Brent and his team! They stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process and when the stone was delivered, Brent and his team worked for 3 consecutive days, including a full day on Saturday to get the job done for us. They were timely, efficient, clean and neat , and had much respect for our home. Brent even fixed a hose spigot in our garage that I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with since I moved in. The best recommendation I could give would be that now we know we will never have to search for another home remodeler again when we want or need something done in our house.
