Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Perfection Roofing & SidingRuss and the guys were very good. I appreciated Russ taking me to a couple of previous jobs during the quotation process so I can see his work personally. Having no experience purchasing all new siding and painting of a house I received three quotes. He saved us a small fortune compared to the other two companies. I was worried his price point would equate to low quality work or a hassle to deal with. You get what you pay for. That was not the case. The guys couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Riverside PaintingExcellent work. Project: remove old deck, build new. Initial inspection/bid phase: Geraldo reviewed the deck to check if it could be salvaged. Explained why it could not be salvaged, how construction of new deck would differ, etc. Work would start within the week. Bid was competitive. Removal/Installation phase: team showed up early, removed deck built new deck and completed in about 6 hours. Workers were friendly, hardworking, cleaned up after leaving. Post install: Geraldo reviewed the install with me, explained next steps, etc. Very happy with process, personnel, bid. Would highly recommend.- Matthew K.

I needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster. I would highly recommend Tru-Top Roofing for anyone considering getting a new roof.

Riverside initially seemed like a good painting/home improvement option -- worked with Gerardo and Jenna who were both professional and polite. Unfortunately, the company has communication issues. I met with Gerardo in late March regarding a job (this was the second time they came out as they lost the initial quote and had to re-bid the job). He informed me that Riverside Painting would send over a new quote as well as a quote for replacing an attic vent fan and doing some deck work. I never heard back. I contacted Riverside several more times trying to get the quotes and was told each time that Gerardo would send me one. It never happened. If Riverside Painting is this difficult to communicate with prior to the job I have to wonder how the company will complete the job --- and if it will be quality work. Gutter work and home improvement projects can be expensive; I will advise my neighborhood group and others to look elsewhere.
