Joe spent time with me going over all the different options. When the work started his crew was here first thing in the morning and worked all day efficiently. Fixer Frank's Property Services, LLCFrank and his team did a great job on installing shiplap with faux beams over popcorn ceiling in my family room and a backsplash in our kitchen that turned out nice. Fixer Frank's Property Services, LLCFrank did an amazing job replacing the front steps in front of our house. He helped design and replace aging concrete steps with a wood and pergo structure. It is much safer and more appealing; we were and are thrilled with it. Frank also assisted with other changes on the house, including replacement of lights and removal of decorative of columns, that made it look great. We took care of the demolition of the old deck, but wanted to bring in a professional for the replacement. After reading through reviews and looking at pictures, I knew this company was top notch. I had a meeting with Ian to go over the details and he got me right on their list. A couple weeks later we met at Curtis Lumber to pick our the color/railing. I was expecting to have the deck done mid-late March since they are already very busy, however Ian let me know last week the had some time open up and could fit me in if that worked for me! It took them 2 days to build a beautiful deck, exactly what I was looking for. Communication was great and we are so happy! Use Excellent Exterior and Decking, you won't regret it!!- Taylor m.

The crew was courteous and professional, particularly is answering my numerous questions during construction. They paid attention to all the details that I expected and more I did not think about. Construction time went fairly quick considering it was February and weather was a factor. I wanted a privacy rail for a hot tub and they custom built one to make sure it went well with the rest of the deck. Years ago I built a deck at a prior residence. Initially, we met with project manager, Tony Cicchino and project designer Sarah McDonald . We had more meetings and planning with Sarah . We found her pleasant to work with and she had ideas without being pushy. When it was time to select appliances and flooring, she met us at those business locations and together we met with the sales staff. Besides emails, we met with Sarah about 4 times at our home and her office. We enjoyed working with her and benefitting from her experience, Our only other contact with Tony was an issue with a cabinet with a lazy susan that that was resolved with a lowering of cost to remedy the the issue. Once the work began, the primary installer was Adam Squires.Adam was on site for about 6 weeks. He was at our house most days, at least 8 hours, sometimes more. Adam was a hard worker with quality skills and an eye for detail. He worked alone a majority of the days, unless an assist from a man named David, who helped with the painting and wall paper removal. We are retired, so my wife and I were home most days and we found him easy to be around while he worked. Adam kept the work area clean, which we appreciated. When we had questions or concerns, Adam was happy to discuss and sometimes offered alternative suggestions. This is the second time we have used Bennett Contracting. Overall, we were pleased with the renovation and recommend them highly.

We hired Matt for an addition of a great room and kitchen remodel (which ended up being an entire ground floor remodel) and Wow! Matt and his team (big shout out to Tony!) truly took our dream and made it a reality. At first we had met with a few other contractors who came in with sky high quotes that would have given us a simple addition with basic materials. Matt came through with a MUCH better quote including premium finishes and some original ideas on top of what we had in mind that we NEVER thought would be possible on our budget. Through the whole process, Matt, his team and everyone he brought in were extremely professional, courteous, clean and talented. Every time a big part of the project was completed I was blown away with the results. We even threw a curveball when our second child came a week early, but they stepped up and got a ton of work done so we could return to a livable space. At the end of the day we got everything on our wish list and even some things we didn’t even think we could wish for! We could not be happier with the outcome of the project! Ryan and his team have done a great job for me on both a rental property and personal home. I've used him for full on remodel of an apartment, installation of exterior doors, and most recently a rather specific project of a dog grooming room that came out better than I had hoped. His prices are reasonable, he responds quickly, and he always goes the extra mile. On every job he's done for me he's always put something extra into it out of his own bottom line, just because he feels like it's the right thing to do. He refinished an entire wall with new sheet rock for me, at no extra charge to make it match the new remodeled area. You have to respect a guy who takes pride in his work like that. I use him for everything in my house, and he's never disappointed me.
