John provided great value and a quick turn-turnaround. I was building a small accessory storage structure that was large enough to require a building permit. I did the drawings and sent them to John for review and he specified framing hardware, foundation specs, and dimensional lumber sizes required by the building department. I will definitely use John in the future.

In addition to being incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the work they did for us was fantastic. We had a garage addition built and I wanted a pretty challenging roofline. They worked with me to make my dream a reality when I was told by others that it just wasn't an option. Jake proved them all wrong and now my house is picture perfect!
It should say a lot that I'm now hiring them again to have a porch and a master bathroom reno designed!

Our project was a fairly large project. We have an ~800 sq ft deck that is off the first floor over a walk out basement. We had to replace the entire structure (joists and decking) and as part of this, a RainEscape water drainage system was incorporated into the deck so the underside was dry and finished off. Mike was very knowledgeable and meticulous on this project. He made sure that everything looked great and was done right, especially the drainage system. He even came back after 6 months to redo a few areas where decking boards had warped, All in all, I'm very pleased with the results and Mike's work. I would recommend him for projects big or small.
