Robert Wilson and the team at MSW contracting came through again! After hiring MSW for an earlier job installing a flat foam roof, I hired them again to paint the exterior of my condo in North Scottsdale. Fair estimate, which including substantial needed prep and cleanings. The crew was professional, polite and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I selected CertaPro based on my conversation with Joe, the owner. He understands the importance of doing a quality job. They finished my exterior of the house and my walls in the garage a couple of days ago. Chris and Randy did a bang up job!
Any questions I had, Chris was very helpful and accommodated my requests. The level of attention to detail is very high. They were very careful taping up the house to prevent overspray. The end product is what I expected! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Mark was not the least expensive nor the most expensive quote. After talking to Mark I decided he was the one I wanted to do the work. He provided me with a schedule of when the work would be done and his guys were here when they were supposed to be. Mark was accommodating to my situation and we were able to work out the details.

We requested quotes from multiple companies, some were early, some did not show up, but Finish Coat was there a few minutes early and waited until the agreed-upon time. They were professional, courteous, and took notes on all our ideas. Impressive right at the start! Our quote was provided within 48 hours and we could not beat the price! We were scheduled a couple of weeks out and they handled all of our questions via text and calls immediately. When the day came, they confirmed exactly what we were wanting to do, assuring us we were all on the same page, and texted an hour before the job was finished for us to inspect. It was better than we could imagine, they patched up damage from the previous owners, and ensured everything was clean when they left. If I could give them 5 more stars I would. Amazing.
