Albany Outlet Installation

It took a while to connect and schedule a time. When I scheduled the work we talked extensively about the job: new outside electric outlet. When the electrician came, he was surprised to hear it was a new outlet; he thought it was a repair. He went ahead and started the work then left for an hour to purchase the materials. He was quiet, neat, professional, cleaned up behind himself,quick. I was a bit surprised to have a $55 bill for materials when the Deal was for Installation of an Outside Electric Outlet.

Provider was very prompt in returning phone call and was able to install electrical outlet the same day. Very courteous and professional.

He was early Very professional He was will to test the ceiling circuit without the celling fan. He testing the outlets they made sure all outlets didn't have any loose wires.

Ken is super to deal with. Came right on time. Worked efficiently. Did a great job and - charged me less than originally quoted!

The service was great and prompt and courteous, the project wasn’t able to be completed (through structural issues, nothing to do with the company) but they were great to work with. Will hire again once I’m able to complete the structural work that needs to be done first.

Made my day! I had Dan Amadeo. So good to know that there are still service people that are truly here to serve! He not only showed me precisely what was wrong but gave me two options on how to repair, one which would have saved more than 20% on the job. (As the absolute dollar amount was not too different I went with the higher priced option). He was sincere, upbeat, and comprehensive in both his evaluation and the job he did, pointing out other areas for improvement for the future. Additionally the customer service line at Mel Electric was also so helpful when I called and they got someone out to me as soon as possible. I'll never use anyone else. Should I ever need an electrician again I'm going with Mel... no contest!

Vic was able to stop by on a Saturday about an hour or so after I submitted a request on Angie's List. He gave me an acceptable estimate and had the job done about 2-3 hours later.

Things went very well. I called to schedule an appointment during the week and they offered to come out on a Saturday. They called when they said they would, and they showed up right on time. The job we hired them for was performed quickly & efficiently.
