C R GAS LOG & FIREPLACES INCBrian did an onsite consult with me to go over options for extending gas lines and installing products, then we visited the showroom to pick out products that would work best for our fireplace. We had not been using the wood burning fireplace in our home for several years. We received a quote for the products and labor a few days later [just after Christmas], submitted a down payment and 3 weeks later an installer came and installed the gas line, burner and logs in just a few hours. The price was very fair and everyone we dealt with was helpful and provided excellent service. We are very happy with the new fireplace logs and really like the remote electronic ignition option that we went with. And we're really thrilled that they were able to install them so quickly so that we can use them now in January!- Russell S.

Northeastern Masonry & ChimneyBill, our Service Technician, arrived at the front end of a two hour window which is always nice. I mentioned a problem with the fireplace we have been experiencing and he went right to work trying to find a solution, even though it was outside the scope of what he was there to do - inspect and clean. Bill cleaned the fireplace, but was unable to fix the issue. He did however take it upon himself to say he would research the issue when he got back to the office and would be in touch if he found anything. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from Northeastern Masonry & Chimney and in particular, Bill. I recommend them and will certainly call again.- Brian P.

BEST FIRE HEARTH & PATIOThey were on time and put down drop cloths on floor and covered all the furniture. Both Matt and John were very efficient and friendly. It was a complete installation including chimney pipes, gas line and power line. They insulated all of the old fireplace vents to keep house warmer. Northeastern Masonry & ChimneyWe turned off the pilot light in June and it wouldn't start again. The fireplace was cleaned and checked out, and they were able to get it started again. However, I opted out of a repair since I was not going to save any money by having the repair done the same day and since the fireplace was not in immediate need of the repair. I found it incredible that the company was going to charge me the fee for coming to the house even though the technicians were already there.- Caroline H.

After choosing a unit we scheduled an appointment for an estimate .At that time we chose doors, tile, and log set. Work started about a week later and was completed within a few days .
