On time. Courteous. Roof completed in one day. The only problem we had was that the gutters were not properly re-secured after the roof install and the day after the roof went on we had a big rain storm and one of the gutters fell off so we had to climb up there on ladders in the rain and try to nail it back in.

After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co.
Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. I highly recommend Terry from Dynamic Construction located at 54588 Horizon Dr in Shelby Twp. He was prompt, polite and very reasonable.

The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you.
One final note: the office staff at American Standard Roofing was very attentive and responsive when called upon. I had a positive experience with the entire team from estimate to completion. Job well done! 5 STARS!!!

Had new soffit, trim, & gutters installed. The crew was so professional & nice to work with. The owner came out to review the finished work personally. The quality of the parts and labor was excellent. The price was very good compared to several others I had contacted.
Had a small issue after the work was completed and they were out right away to take care of it. I really recommend Progressive to anyone considering a siding project.

Very professional and polite. Bill is great and so is his crew. We were diligent in gathering quotes and 4 other companies said we needed an entire new roof but Bill was able to repair the problem and said we have many more years left with our roof. He saved us so much money. I highly recommend this company. Extremely fair and honest. It always pays off to get multiple quotes. In the past we have not gathered multiple quotes and paid the price.
