I know that I'm not the best caretaker of my lawn (I see it as a water drain), but the grass still grows and still needs to be taken care of. The guys have been doing lackluster work lately, which could be because they don't think I notice, and the twice monthly frequency has gone to sometimes. It has been four weeks since anyone has done anything with my lawn and the owner has been unresponsive. I have tried calling the owner multiple times lately to have the crew come out, but the phone number now acts like a fax machine and the fax number acts like an answering service. I've actually begun to wonder if they are in business still considering how difficult it seems to contact them. I used to think they were great, but have now embarked on finding another company. It saddens me because with the addition of a puppy who loves to frolic in the backyard, I was going to take better care of the grass this summer, and I am looking at other companies to help me with this.

They are fine and do a good job. I spend about $60 a month. They just do mostly mowing the two lawns and I don’t have them to do a lot shrub trimming. The one complaint I have is that I like him to leave the grass clipping in the green waste so it gets picked up, but they insist on taking it away and getting paid more for hauling it away. We keep asking them to do that, but their work is good and it is minimal. They are there on the regular schedule and they do a number of yards in the neighborhood, so they come and do our block twice a month and do a good job.

Recent Review: Our gardener does a great job of cutting the lawn & pruning the trees. We have used him for many years & he always does a great job. He has blown the leaves out of the gutters for us as well; he does whatever is asked of him, & at a reasonable price. Everyone around here uses them to do their yards, so they come for a day to cut & prune the yards of all the existing customers in the neighborhood.

Recent Review: I have a rather large back lawn and average front lawn, and after returning from vacation to a backyard meadow, I realized that I needed someone other than myself with my sad push mower to mow the lawn. After a recommendation from a co-worker, Jovana came out and gave me an estimate that I loved. And the work was impeccable. My meadow became a carpet and remains a carpet now. The guys have also gone beyond what I expect and cleaned up after my pruning adventures. They honestly brighten my week when I come home and remember that I don't have to push the mower.
