I struggled finding someone to replace a clear corrugated "roof"over our patio because I was told it's not a "roofing job." Fantastic contractors. Gave an estimate with specific dates. Planned ahead and performed the work on the date given. Went above and beyond with the repairs, doing little extras to give better worksmanship. Finished $75 under budget, which like never happens. Absolutely fantastic, would recommend them to anybody.

RR General Contractors put a large deck on the back of my house and me and my wife couldnâ t be happier.
Weâ ve had several projects bid out around the house and found the experience with other contractors to sometimes be frustrating from a communication and expectation standpoint. Not the case with RR. The entire experience has been stellar.
Rafael is a really good listener and communicator. He came to the project with ideas to make it better. He and his crew worked almost nonstop until the project was completed. The bid was reasonable, especially given the quality, and the bid proposal was detailed. Highly recommended.

Nael and crew helped shore up structural elements of our deck on a house we newly purchased. Nael was very friendly and accommodating along the way, and the crew overall did a great job on the deck. Efrain and his son did an outstanding job fixing the fascia and soffit on my house. They identified the issue causing water damage and installed flashing to correct the problem. They also saved as much existing wood as possible to help with costs. 10/10 will hire again!

We had 2 projects that Jason completed for us. He replaced a broken stair step going to our basement and he reattached a wrought iron hand rail for our main staircase to the 2nd floor that had become dangerously loose from a lathe and plaster wall.
He was prompt, completed the work timely and did a great job for a fair price. Will definitely call him again for any future projects.

After getting 3 quotes Aguirre Painting was the best. They were also very professional and organized. The paint job they did for me was beautiful. Shannon was very responsive, went out of his way to gather our supplies during a run on that type of lumber, completed te work efficiently , was neat, and provide straight-forward advice on how to maintain the pergola.. Update exterior facade of entryway
Overall, we had a very good experience working with Ryan and his team. We love the work they did. They charged a fair rate and did the work in a timely manner. We will likely hire Performance again for future work.
Communication: Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and presented us with clear options and recommendations when needed. He even answered my questions that were unrelated to the projects we had going on.
Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door.
Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. Ryan kept us updated on the timeline at all stages and discussed how any changes to the original plan would impact cost. Our quote only went up from what was originally estimated because we made changes to materials and processes.
Hiccups: Unfortunately, not everything went perfectly. After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great.
