Birmingham Toilet Repair

I purchased a special for 1 hour of plumbing work for $39. The service was provided promptly and professionally. I have used this company for several things and highly recommend them.

They arrived at agreed upon time and made repairs in a timely manner. Had everything they needed on their van. Would definitely recommend.

Lee arrived on time and helped me with all my questions. He was very respectful and explained what he was doing. He fixed the problems, was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use Standard Heating and Air again and request Lee!

I purchased a big deal and I called the plumbing company to let them know what I purchased and what I needed repaired. They did not schedule an appointment with me during the call. The next morning he showed up without calling ahead or scheduling an appointment. He was able to fix the running toilet, and then he said I needed a part installed in my crawl space to help regulate the water pressure. I have lived in my home for many years and the water pressure is now so low I am not able to really do anything. He also fixed a leaky faucet and its leaking again.

Went great. Very punctual, team knew what they were doing. Helpful and gave me extra free advise about water pressure etc. My total bill was actually 260, but I had the 50 discount from the Angie's List deal.

Jason gave me an approximate window when he could arrive, called me to let me know he was on the way and arrived even earlier than I had expected . The work took a little over an hour, was completed fully to my satisfaction and was cleaned up afterward. The price was very reasonable for the work done and he honored the Angie's List 5% off coupon. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Chapman Plumbing to anyone.

The call was for a stopped up toilet. He came in and looked at it. He told me that he could fix it but that because of the quality of the toilet I would continue to have problems. He recommended a new toilet. Since I continually have problems with this toilet stopping up I opted for the new toilet. He immediately went and got the toilet and replaced it. He was punctual and did the work quickly. I spent more than I was planning to but I h ave not had any problems with the new toilet since so it was worth it.

i had purchased a home inspection and a toilet repair is included on one toilet. I had already purchased parts for three toilets and one toilet is included in inspection price were fixed. i had an issue with this dripping on the inside of one toilet which i planned to be the toilet i would have repaired with the home inspection purchased . i was told on phone when i inquired one toilet of choice would be repaired. labor and home inspection cost around 477. three toilets were shutting on and off and the one dripping toilet was still dripping and wilurs returned at no charge. returned third time for one toilet shutting on and off and one dripping toilet. after being told if the drip was heard it would have been fixed on first trip. i was quoted around 200 for dripping toilet which i did not do. i felt the one toilet included in home inspection should have been fixed.

We have used Ace Plumbing on at least four occasions now on 2 different homes. 2 of these have been large jobs involving running new lines, re-routing existing plumbing, patching up drywall after the work was done, etc. On multiple occasions now we have used them for smaller jobs, fixing toilet plumbing or slow drains, etc. Greg Widick is always quickly responsive and his honesty and integrity is readily apparent. Now that we have used his service for the past couple years, I can also say that his experience and expertise is second to none. Simply, there is no reason for me to call anyone else for any type of plumbing needs. We have really appreciated his service and work.

overall went well. Had trouble with a continue leak in new toilet. Mr. Chesser tried three times to fix leak. There was a manufacturer defect in toilet and he worked with me to get toilet replaced through home improvement store where it was purchased and installed it.
