To sum it up in one word, EXCELLENT!!! From design to completion, it wasn't always easy, but it was always pleasant. The hardest part for me was deciding on a design that I liked and that fit into my limited budget. I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted and they gave me a few options of things I could do with the money and space available. All of the design choices were wonderful and I had a difficult time choosing one. I ended up mixing different aspects from each design until we finally hit on one that jumped out at me and said THIS IS IT !!! Once the layout was decided they sent a kitchen cabinet design consultant to help me finalize my vision of the kitchen. They were so patient and kind with me during this process. Once the design phase was complete, work began immediately. I was given a tentative schedule showing how work would progress, and it was fairly accurate. It was nice to have an idea of what was going to happen each week. I expected lots of unforeseen problems with such an extensive renovation, but things progressed smoothly with no problems worth mentioning. Coordinating so many trades to work in such a limited area is difficult, and the very few times it got a little crowded, plans were changed efficiently and effortlessly. If anyone was irritated by the change in plans they never let it show. Everyone maintained a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. The entire crew was trustworthy and respectful. I felt very comfortable leaving a key for them to let themselves in on the few mornings I wasn't home. They were all decent, polite young men who never hesitated to help me when I was either loading or emptying the car when I had to do laundry or shopping. The work was completed within 8 weeks. I feel the price and timeframe were totally acceptable considering the amount of work done. I think the only thing I didn't like about the job was that I missed everyone when the job was completed. If they hadn't been so likeable I wouldn't have missed them as much. But I seem to be filling this void with my new, BEAUTIFUL kitchen. I can't seem to stay out of it. I'm always in there cooking and to date I've gained 12 lbs!!!! I'm glad they widened the entry door into the kitchen, because at this rate I'm going to need the extra wide opening. Some of my family members in Louisiana were so impressed with my kitchen, they've been inspired to repaint and remodel their kitchens. Too bad Harmony Remodeling isn't in Louisiana. I'd hired them before and would not hesitate to hire them again.
