Ruth Ann arrived on time and got started right away. We did a quick tour of the house so she could get a feel for the family and our clutter areas. She was easy to talk to and the family all agreed she was someone we enjoyed meeting. She helped get me started on the room of my choice. We worked together with me making the decisions and she helping me keep moving along. The kids even helped out. She worked quickly and efficiently and gave me all types of ideas for getting my spaces cleared and functional. By watching her work to tackle the jobs, I feel like I can continue what we started. At the end of the session, we discussed next steps and she gave me a manageable to do list when she left. I am so grateful for her help and would definitely have her back. Once she left, I was motivated to start on my to do list and got a lot done. I feel like she has the knowledge, personality, and skills to help anyone with small or large organizing and clutter issues. She does not judge, only listens and offers her help, ideas, and expertise. Though she is probably not the lowest price in this field, she has a gift , the right credentials, and talent for this service, and can be a valuable asset to your home or business. It went better than I could have expected. Everything was moved and unpacked in a manner that was far more organized than what I would have come up with. I literally did not have to worry about a thing. It was all done for me. Just Organized even took the time to buy a couple of racks that I needed bought for the new space. Overall, I would rate this experience up there with any customer service experience I've ever received. I would use them again and have recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues.

Farry Dawson came to our new house to assess what wire shelving we needed for our closets as well as bathroom accessories and mirrors. He did a great job of explaining what we'd need for the closets and had good suggestions for the closet set-up which was much appreciated as we really wanted to have an organized home. Ray did a fantastic job of installing the bathroom towel and toilet paper bars- what a perfectionist; we loved that! They seemed to be flexible with a few changes that needed to occur to meet the needs of our family and were willing to come back to fix a few things that weren't correct. Farry had to cancel a few appointments because he was quite busy, but he apologized and eventually called back to reschedule. Also, the shower doors are wonderful! We're simply loving our new organized closets and pantry!

A Better Closet designed, custom built and installed closet systems for my two guest bedrooms all within one week. Robert was very quick to respond and schedule an appointment. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable After looking at the existing closets and taking measurements, he sat down with me to go over his ideas and all options involved such as the wood color. He was very thorough, even provided a drawing of the proposed closets by email. He was amazingly skilled/knowledgeable at utilizing the space to the fullest. The team that did the installation were prompt, courteous and well organized. They immediately removed the existing wire shelving and installed the new closet systems in a remarkably efficient amount of time. The people are professional, the quality of work is excellent and the price affordable. My closets are much more functional, organized and look amazing. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be using them again.

BACKGROUND: I am 60 years old and partially disabled. I'm continuing to improve but still have a long way to go. Improving involves scheduling regular exercise. My husband has done a heroic job of helping out but is way over-employed with work. It has become apparent that we will need to move to a one level house, which will involve sorting through and dispersing a huge house of "treasures", and a multi-faceted process of preparing the house for sale. In addition, I'm assisting with selling my parent's house 8 hours away, have 3 grands, including a brand new grandson in Minnesota that I'm determined to see at least every 3-4 months. Plus, I am starting a new business, and am considering a second major venture. Being limited with sitting, standing and walking is not going to stop me from pursuing all this but it does take a whole lot of help. Rachel helped me so much that I've named her my Mastermind. She is part life contractor/service coordinator, part home and work organizer, part logistician, part coach, and more. She is a quick study, astonishingly efficient and practical and will take on any job to get to the immediate and long term goals. I can also see that she will respectfully and, even better, persuasively, help me assess and avoid distractions without missing opportunities! I will be calling on her all along.

Recent Review: I have a overwhelming amount of clutter in my house. I looked for services in my area and could not find any. I emailed Angie's list. You replied that there were no services on your list in my area, but that someone would look for what I needed. I didn't expect that to happen. Then I got the email with the names of three professional organizers that were not on Angie's list currently, but were clear with the BBB. I checked the websites and called Lifestyle Organizing LLC. Jennifer responded promptly and set up the free consult, in which I took her all through the house and she made notes on what needed to be done. There was a $50 fee for the consult. Within three days she sent me a proposal that listed six different package deals, specifying what each one would cover and how much it would cost. I chose a package, sent the deposit, and she was there the next week for our first appointment. Over the next several months she and her assistant will spend 4 hours at a time with me, helping me get rid of the stuff that was overwhelming me. She is not judgmental, has a plan for everything, and the speed of the Energizer bunny. I think this the beginning of a beautiful relationship. Thank you for finding her for me. I think she is going to save my life.

Recent Review: I purchased 4 hours of organizing from Christi Gamble, owner of Consider it Done, via Groupon and paid $75 for the service. Ms. Gamble was very pleasant to talk to and seemed to understand exactly what I needed when I explained which rooms I needed immediate help on with the idea that I had a lot more organizing that needed to be done later on. I explained that I had company coming for Thanksgiving and needed help immediately. We agreed upon a date the week before Thanksgiving, the 15th or 16th of November. Ms. Gamble didn't show up, didn't cancel or reschedule, and didn't answer her phone or respond to messages. My Thanksgiving plans didn't go as well as I hoped. Her failure to appear caused me some difficulty. I decided to try again in December since I had paid for the service and I still needed help. When I finally was able to talk to her, she told me about personal problems she was having and described multiple fights with her abusive mother that injured her, damaged property and resulted in calls to the police, restraining orders, etc. I understand that what she described would be distressing, but was still disappointed she had not contacted me when she had said she would. Christi said because of all the stress and emotional disturbance she had to take a little time off to cope with all that had happened and to get her own house in order. She said she positively would call me between Christmas and New Year's. I agreed. I'd already paid and really did need some help. She didn't call the last week in December, nor did she call the first weeks in January. This tale goes on and on, but the result was NOTHING was done. She never showed up, never called to cancel or reschedule. I never had altercations with her and getting my money back was no problem because I had not paid her directly. I purchased from Groupon. I contacted Groupon and told them what had occurred and promptly received a refund (actually a Groupon credit.). I am only disappointed in Groupon because they continue to sell Consider It Done services.
