Recent Review:
The went through the process and we had an old quote from them. They had to send out a new technician and gave us a new quote. In the middle of the quote we were going to switch from gas to electric. We knew it would be easier for us and the tenant. I gave them my credit card information. The first day on the job, they told me that they could not put the electrical work in, because the box was not large enough to put another circuit in. I then asked them why they didn’t check the electrical box before saying they could do the job. They called me the day of, my tenant took the day off work, and then they mentioned they could not do the work. Basically they told me that they could do a split service; but I told them the contract that was signed and the price they gave us was for all electric. We went back and forth for a week; Everyone that I spoke to at the office as very nice all the time and never gave me a problem. I just had an issue with some of the technicians. They just called me and told me everything was done. The inspector of the city went over everything with the electrician and made sure it was wired correctly. The tenant called and told me that the AC has been working since.

As always, the service from MLN, Inc./Hook Me Up was excellent. James assisted our new ISP with the installation of our internet service. He is very familiar with our custom home wiring design and network (set-up by MLN, Inc.) and he provided a seamless integration of the new service with our existing home network. James is extremely knowledgeable and professional and he ensured that everything was functioning perfectly before he left. We are always very satisfied with the prompt, expert service from MLN, Inc./Hook Me Up and we highly recommend them.

I recently used them and was very satisfied with their service. They were able to fit me in even though I called last minute (called on a Friday for Monday). They did not give me a set time for an appointment since they were trying to schedule me in when they could but they called me before heading over and were punctual. They actually came first thing in the morning which worked out better for me. The cleaning was done because we were moving out and were going to rent the home so they suggested we also do Scotch-guard, which we did. They were thorough and worked quickly. Would definitely use again!

VALUE VACUUM & CENTRAL VAC REPAIRTHE WORK WAS DONE IN A LOT LESS TIME THAN I HAD EXPECTED, (EXACTLY ONE WEEK FROM DROPPING THEM OFF). THE PRICE WAS A LOT LOWER THAN I HAD THOUGHT. A TO Z VACUUM CLEANERS SALESI found him to be very experienced and he knew his product very well. I went there about 4 times and called him about 3 times and he was always helpful and professional. He has been in the business a long time. He was never pushy with trying to force a sale. He was patient with my decision on which vacuum cleaner I wanted.
