This is the most dysfunctional organization we have partnered with. The wife is a huge disruption as she is a negative force who tries to run a business based off of the business acumen of a hairdresser (she is a hairdresser and comes and goes at will). Before we partnered with Corey, we asked many questions and did what I believe to be our due diligence. I believe now, that the truth is a key component and if the truth is not provided, you can’t make an educated decision. This couple touted themselves as a Christian couple, based on Christian principles, which is not the case, that alone is blasphemous. We have Corey’s wife, Peggy on video degrading an employee without any disregard to humanity; this took place with Corey present, who did not stand up for what was right. This is a common occurrence as she also degrades the owner, Cory in front of employees making them feel extremely uncomfortable. There are several unethical business practices that will soon come to light. Just please be aware and take your due diligence to another level as this company is well versed on what to say and to “creatively” maneuver around situations.

David was extremely responsive and actually did quite a bit of homework even before I formally committed to using him. We quickly developed a mutual trust, with him proposing a price which was pretty close to what I expected, and a sound rationale for it. Once the strategy was agreed upon, we listed, and thanks to David’s resourcefulness, we received an offer within a couple of days of going live, and a counteroffer the following day that was within 2% of list price...incredible. I would recommend David to anyone in need real estate services...they will not be disappointed

Dan CannonWhat an incredible realtor! I feel very lucky to have found Dan Cannon. To have him by my side during my entire process of finding a new home (which was long) was the best I could ever hope for. I have dealt with a number of different realtors over the years and I can without any hesitation state that Dan Cannon is the cream of the crop! Added to that; he is a seasoned and expert professional, a very strong communicator, a five-star negotiator and an outstanding individual who even managed to make a very hard and difficult journey easy and even enjoyable at times. I will be very upfront: I am a very detail-oriented and demanding buyer. And that is exactly what you get with Dan Cannon. He took to heart my rather long list of requirements and wishes for a new house and found a number of different options. He proposed that we look at relatively newer homes; homes needing renovations; or even building a home. With each he had developed plus and minus lists and was able to give me informed and accurate information on what I could expect to pay for a particular house as well as very specific cost numbers on any improvements he knew I would want to make. When we found something that looked like a possibility he was able to quickly do an analysis of the house and surrounding properties/neighborhood and made sure I understood his analysis as well as giving me his thoughts on whether a particular house might be listed for too much or if it was a great deal etc. He was finally able to find an almost perfect house for me which crossed off almost every item on my requirement/wish list! And when we made an offer we learned of another offer that came in the same day. With Dan leading the back and forth of negotiating with the seller's agent he was able to tie down the contract for me at the right price! With the contract signed, Dan was able to schedule a great home inspector and was with me as we went through the inspector's report making sure I understood everything. Dan further negotiated the addendum for repairs to be made by the sellers saving me some money! Now that I've bought my new home, I'm ready to sell my old home and needless to say I would ONLY pick Dan Cannon to sell it for me.- Patricia M.

Ashleigh Timmerman-Keller Williams RealtyAshleigh was incredible! We were out of state owners of a house in Crestwood that we needed to sell ASAP. After dealing with two realtors from other major companies in Birmingham (both horrible experiences), Ashleigh was recommended to us by a friend. Selling our house was not easy, but Ashleigh worked hard to properly market it, have open houses, and get feedback from showings. She also went far (VERY FAR) beyond to work with (and around) tenants that we had in the house, organize (and attend) meetings with contractors and inspectors, and essentially be our "property manager" until our tenants moved out. Ashleigh is very easy to get along with, is extremely optimistic (as we discovered a great quality for a realtor), and was a real pleasure to work with. She also listens to what you have to say and addresses any concerns in full and personally (this was a major flaw with the other realtors we worked with in Birmingham). If you want a realtor that is going to work as hard as they possibly can to help you sell (or buy) and house and genuinely cares about their clients and the outcome of the transaction, then call Ashleigh.- Anne F.
