If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ To say they SAVED our family vacation would be an understatement! We were out of town, stranded on the side of the road with 4 kids, 3 dogs, and a camper, and desperate! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ A+ was actually recommended to us by a whole different auto shop— one explanation of our situation and they knew A+ would be the ones to help us! One call to A+ and they helped to get our truck towed to the shop and rolled right into the bay ASAP! Even offered to help get the camper towed if we couldn’t get the truck back on the road same day. They Kept in contact with us via text till the very end of our experience and I don’t think they’ll ever truly know how much they helped to put myself and my husband at ease! We were able to get back on the road and enjoy every moment of our vaca! And cost..... well let’s just say he probably could’ve charged me way more and I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Honest, hard working, amazing people at A+!!!

I moved into a new home and needed to have 2 doorknobs replaced, 3 doors rekeyed and a deadbolt installed. Alabama Lock and Key charged me an excessive $805.50. It took them several weeks to come back to complete the job after ordering parts and then only after repeated phone calls. My advice is that if you insist on using this company, get a firm quote up front.

HARBISON LOCK & KEYOverall a great experience! Got an appointment for two days after calling, which was better than expected. Thy worked well with me to find a time to come when I could get off work. Work was performed promptly and professionally. Took only about 1 hour and some change to rekey 6 locks and copy some keys. They weren't particularly cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.- Joshua M.

Its a family business that has been in business almost 30 years. Very trusting. Very knowledgeable in what they do. My car keys were also stolen. the dealership was going to cost me 1200$ to re-key my car. They referred me to a man. He did my ignition key, door key, and reprogramed my laser cut computer chip key for 200$. Every thing was excellent.- Dawn H.

HARBISON LOCK & KEYMy front door handle was loose and I attempted to remove and tighten the knob myself. Well I could not get it back on so I called Harbison on a Sunday morning and was helped promptly. Douglas called within minutes, said he'd be 20-30 minutes and arrived 15 minutes later. He identified the problem, explained it, resolved it and even tidied a few other issue with the door that I hadn't even noticed. He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable.
