COUNTER DIMENSIONS, INCWe're still in progress (waiting on granite) but the portion that Counter Dimensions handled (removal of old flooring, counter and fixtures and installation of new floor, counters, tub, toilet, move plumbing and electrical--this was all done professionally, with great technicians who knew their stuff, showed up on time, cleaned up behind themselves EVERY DAY. They asked questions when they needed confirmation on location or style, but otherwise could work independently. I've been incredibly pleased with the entire process and absolutely every person I've worked with including our designer, Maggie Glass who really has a good eye and listened to what I wanted, made smart design and material suggestions that kept the project in budget.- Laura H.

COUNTER DIMENSIONS, INC provided very detail drawings and measurements before ordering anything or beginning the work. Some of the cabinets and all of the stove hold were custom built on site. Counter Dimensions, INC (Lee Ann Weldon) designed new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash for my kitchen. Counter Dimensions installers installed cabinets, countertops and tile backsplash. they designed and custom build stove the hood. They installed the sink with trash compactor and faucet. The owners, Mike and Sandra Kelley, gave us a fair price and provided excellent information to help us plan our new kitchen. Sandra is a gifted designer and was such a help in every way. This being our first kitchen redo, we had lots of questions. Sandra was always patient, and took the time to explain details we never would have even thought about. She accompanied us to pick out cabinets, granite, appliances, and backsplash, and was always available to answer any question that we had. She was wonderful! Counter Dimensions provided an in-house employee, Pete, who can do anything!!! Pete is amazingly talented, a very conscientious worker, and such a nice person. We were fortunate to have him do the majority of the work installing our new kitchen. Mike Mathis, also recommended by Counter Dimensions, handled all of the electrical, plumbing, demolition, and painting. Mike was a pleasure to work with, and did a great job. He provided an excellent electrician, Randy Bailey, to do all of the electrical work. We cannot say enough good things about Counter Dimensions! The results were better than we could have imagined. From the time we broke ground, the estimated time of completion was pretty close despite working during the winter and having a couple weeks where no work could be done. The contractors were friendly and paid attention to the details we gave them. Mike was awesome with his follow up, making sure everything was done the way it was planned! He is a stickler for cleanliness and the little details that meant a lot to us with our addition. We added a master bedroom, bathroom, closet, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and mud room; remodeled a kitchen, turned a bedroom into a laundry room and closet and a bathroom into a pantry... paved a very steep driveway and poured a sidewalk and double parking slab. all in 4-5 months. Not to mention we live in an area where it is difficult to find builders/contractors that will show up much less complete a job. Excellent job and we would certainly recommend him!!!

Todd and his team were wonderful. They did a terrific job on the tub, the tile around the tub and the bathroom floors. They arrived on time and were responsive when we had questions. They left the area clean and were careful to avoid damaging the bathtub fixtures. The two bathtubs and bathrooms look great. I would definitely call Tub and Tile Solutions again!

If I had it to do all over again, I would have went with another company. The cabinets took 3 months to get to me which that is what I was quoted so that's fine but I ordered all white cabinets and was shipped some that were blue. Also many of the cabinets were broken and several the paint was scratched off. When I contacted them I was told I would have to wait for them to be put back into production and replaced which would take another month or longer. I can't be without a kitchen that long. Also, other components were scheduled like countertops and my contractor. In the end they gave me a small discount for the broken cabinets and the blue cabinets and sent me paint to paint the blue white. The otherbroken cabinets they told me ask the things that were broken were just for shipping purposes yet all the other cabinets I looked at while I was shopping around had these corner braces in place and some were more expensive depending on the type of corner bracket. One of the drawers is completely falling apart and I was told that my contractor can fix it by installing hardware. In the end, the small discount I got wasn't enough to pay my contractor to fix many of the issues I've had with the cabinets and he also didn't have a spray gun for the paint so you can see the brush strokes with the blue I had to paint white.

You Sign Paypa! First, let me say that this was the WORST experience I have EVER had hands down. If your contractor says that this company will be your fabricator, REFUSE and tell them to go somewhere else! They may be cheaper, but if you have to pay for your kitchen granite TWICE… What was supposed to be an experience I have dreamed of for months, turned into a nightmare I am still dealing with and reminded of on a daily basis because it is there to remind me every morning when I walk into my kitchen. The lack of craftsmanship and pride in work is astounding to me. There are VISIBLE CRACKS in the piece that they refused to address. (YOU SIGN PAPYA!) When we chose the 2 pieces of granite, they were delivered to the shop. Not only did we provide the 2 pieces needed, but we sent 2 ADDITIONAL pieces for them to choose from to ensure that we had the perfect flow. We were grateful to the granite company for offering to send 4 pieces for Southern Stone to choose from, but they refused to even look at the 2 additional pieces sent and said that we had to pay for the pieces (which was not true). All she had to do was look over the pieces and choose the 2 best. Obviously, she didn’t. (YOU SIGN PAYPA!) Not only did she refuse to even look at the 2 additional slabs we sent over, she told my husband that in order to proceed, he had to sign a paper stating that the 2 pieces she chose were acceptable. My husband is NOT the contractor, nor is he a granite expert. However, being the wonderful and trusting husband that he is, he knew that in order for us to be back into our home before Christmas, we had to have a kitchen and he signed the vaguely worded, hand written note that she put in front of him saying that the slabs were acceptable. (YOU SIGN PAYPA!) When the slabs were installed, we excitedly rushed over to the house to see the long-anticipated kitchen and were in total shock at the state of the granite. There were so many problems that I don’t have enough room to write down or show EVERY SINGLE CRACK in the granite!!! (See picture attached) We met our contractor at Southern Stone. As soon as we arrived, she started repeating over and over “YOU SIGN PAYPA!” as if this somehow allowed them to install cracked granite in our entire kitchen! I wonder if they have tried this coercive tactic with other customers. The bottom line is that Southern Stone and Cabinet tried to take advantage of us. Not only did they outright lie about statements and promises made, they also tried to manipulate the situation and place blame on everyone but themselves for serious issues with their workmanship that compromised the structural integrity of the slabs. We offered numerous times to have the owners come and actually see the cracks in the slabs, but they never did. The slabs were unfinished, unpolished, cracked, chipped, and just disappointing! We are moving on to a new fabricator, so if your contractor says that they are using Southern Stone and Cabinet, REFUSE and RUN!!! I hope this review helps someone avoid the heartache we are still dealing with (2 weeks before Christmas), and whatever you do DON’T SIGN ANY PAYPA!
