It was obvious where the leak was - it was big enough - though due to some crossed wires between the valves and control box, it wasn't clear which valve was the culprit. A little detective work and we had that sorted out. Ken then easily identified and fixed the problem. After the repair, Ken was kind enough to answer some questions about irrigation and care of my landscaping. Alex was excellent and I would hire again and recommend. After the initial phone call, he came out the next day to fix a leak underground in the lawn irrigation system. We had already found the leak through a separate service (which finds them by pressurizing and listening). Alex found the leaking pipe and fixed it, including a minor re-routing so that the problem would not reoccur. (The leak was caused by another larger pipe pressing down. He re-routed to relieve the pressure.) Then he tested the overall system completely, including staying long enough to be sure the repair was solid. In addition to the repair, he also walked the property with me to discuss any other issues, which was reassuring. His advice was valuable on the overall system, including on another item that we are not fixing now. Alex is professional, easy to work with, and is an irrigation specialist which is what I needed. He gets a high recommendation from me.

Recent Review: The sprinkler tune up was great. Jesus showed up on time, made some adjustments, and gave suggestions on length of time for each circuit. There were two problems I already knew about (a broken PVC pipe and a control valve). I scheduled another appointment. Rosa and one of her employees came.
