Recent Review: Green Cedar was very responsive and got the job done quick. The laminate install looks good and they were able to work with the "as close as I could find" match to the existing flooring, and even hauled away the old flooring I had piled up on the patio. I had pulled out the baseboards and moldy flooring prior to their arrival, due to the mold. They did reinstall the baseboards, but I'll have to touch them up a bit. They were competitively priced relative to other quotes I received. I would use them again for any random home jobs I don't have the time or knowledge to complete.

Recent Review: We were doing a final walk through on a rental property two weeks prior to the arrival of new tenants from over seas. We walked in to find water on the kitchen floor, running done the walls casing puckering in the paint and portions of the ceiling hanging. This property is in a college town where most contractors, including Robby, are crazily busy helping prepare for new renters. We didn't know how it would ever be ready! I contacted Robby. He was very prompt in returning my phone call and despite his busy schedule promised he could help me in time for the new tenants. He went to see the property and called to give the estimate. I was dreading his call. I couldn't imagine what the cost was going to be. I was so pleased and excited when he gave me the estimate. Robby and his crew were kind , professional and went above and beyond. The work they did was amazing! You would never know that there was ever a leak. The texture matched perfectly! They painted from corner to corner and it tied in beautifully. He noticed issues that we were unaware of and took care of them. He kept me informed of the progress and finished when he promised. They even touched up areas that weren't part of the damage. Robby was attentive and made us feel like his only client. We plan to call to Robby and his crew when we are ready to paint or need any further work done. I inquired about having him paint the entire interior at this time, but he was very honest and let me know that it wasn't necessary at this time. SO APPRECIATED! Recent Review: They came when they said they were going to. They returned my phone call. I had called 2 other painting companies who did not even return my phone call so that's a big plus to start with. They did a really good job cleaning up. I asked them to check other parts of the trim that I couldn't reach from the ground to cast and that I couldn't see very well. They found a couple of other spots that needed work but I didn't feel like that they were out looking for spots to add extra work. There were a couple of places that they suggested a lower cost alternative and I appreciated that as well. The work that they did was better. There was one section that they said they couldn't guarantee with the final result would be because I had to bend back the drip edge and it was better than I expected. I thought their pricing was good and fair. They are a good choice.

Recent Review: ACS was 1 of 2 bids and he was competitively priced. My property manager assured me that the house would be in immaculate shape, as it was an expensive house and I wanted it to be in optimal shape for rental. The previous owners had dogs so it damaged some of the trims and doors. Jack from ACS provided a quote and provided all of the repairs on time and it was in immaculate shape. I could not have been happier as I was worried when purchasing the property that the condition would prevent it from being rented out. When I walked through the property, it felt like a brand new house. I highly recommend ACS.

Recent Review: Yamil and crew installed over 300 linear feet of crown molding in the Hallways, Kitchen, and Bedrooms to match the rest of the house. They caulked, covered the nails holes and painted, as well as hauled off the trash and debris. Almost every contractor quoted me the same $7 per foot figure, but Home Improvement and Repair had some of the best reviews. Everything looks great. They were professional and fast. They took great care to clean and retouch any fingerprints they may have left. I would hire them again.

One would never be able to tell that a repair had been made. He is also the consummate professional. He confirmed the appointment in advance, he arrived on time, and he was respectful of my home. Recent Review: They came in expecting to replace the entire baseboard piece, but were able to repair it for cheaper and it looks just as good! The guys were friendly and prompt, and they gave me a great price! They even saw a gouge in the wall nearby that they quickly filled in and added a texture paint to match the wall. Great service, I definitely recommend them for any household repairs/woodwork!!
