If you are looking for professional work done on your home then look no further. The Sun Pro team are just that: Pro’s! Russell Lloyd, the CEO came out himself to give us an estimate and provide general information that satisfied our questions. It was like talking to an old friend. That same day we received our estimate for the tints that would best fit our home. The only hiccup we had was that the distributor had a clerical error which caused us to push the instal day from a Wednesday to a Friday. The team reached out promptly when the issue arose and it was no issue at all. Installation: The installation team showed up on the dot at the time that was provided! I can tell they did their homework on the route so they could backwards plan and ensure they arrived right on time! Due to the current times of Covid-19 they wore masks the entire time. They were polite and friendly and it was very comfortable having them in our home. The finished job looks amazing. It made an immediate difference with the level of sunlight. I expected the job to take two to three days. It took about twice that but I still can’t say anything but positive things about the John the owner and his crew. They were always communicative regarding the schedule, problems that they foresaw or any possibility of additional expenses. Allan the project manager and his employee always showed up to my home on time and took care to leave my home spotless at the end of the work day. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was much to my satisfaction and I couldn’t be happier with the completed outcome. After beating the competition on pricing and giving me basically an immediate start date I hired them and I’ll hire them again for my next project.

Terry took on a job I had been trying to find someone to do ever since I bought my house, fabricating frames and installing screens in three windows that for some reason were missing frames, screens, et, al... Every other company bailed rather than even return my calls. This was no big thing for Terry. He replied promptly, was back sooner than estimated with perfectly fitting and color matched frames and screens, all at a fraction of the price other companies had been estimating (even though none of them would even come out to look at the windows without charging me for a service call that would have amounted to more than Terry charged me for the whole job.

Made in the Shade was really great, from my earliest conversations with them at the Home and Garden Show, to the initial consultation, install, and after-the-sale support. During the initial discussion at the Home Show and during the consultation, there was never any pressure to buy. But, they answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right shades for me. I'm very happy with the work and would definitely use them when I decide to purchase more automated shades. The price was a bit high but that is to be expected given that I had very wide windows and wanted the shades to be Alexa-powered. That always adds extra costs. I think I also got what I paid for - e.g. I had a very special and unique installation environment (curved window frames) and this presented some technical challenges. Made in the Shade overcame those challenges and gave me an incredible pair of automated roller shades for my condo. I highly recommend them.

AUSTIN WINDOW FASHIONSWe have been loyal customers of Austin Window Fashions since moving to Texas in 2003. They have provided excellent service and products. Our Hunter Douglas Duette Veriglide for the large sliding glass door broke after 13 years. After considering shutters and other options, we decided to order a new Veriglide. Our Austin Window Fashions' representative was honest and courteous. She gave us a good price and was accurate on the time of delivery. The installers, Jason and Travis, were courteous and gave us good advice on the care and maintenance of the Veriglide. They arrived on time, took down the old Duette and installed the new one in less than one hour. They cleaned the area of all debris. Beacon BlindsAmazing customer service and the 6 blinds we got couldn’t be more perfect. Kevin helped me pick out the perfect color and immediately after installation I could feel the difference in the room temperature. Prior to the blinds our living room had scorching afternoon sun. Plus the lighting from the blinds created a softness in the room. If you need blinds call them. Customer service amazing, communication prompt, installation fast, price excellent! Beacon BlindsI can’t express how happy we are with the shades. Our patio faces due west, when we are outside and they are down we no longer need to wear sunglasses and it also provides you and your neighbors with some privacy. They are remote controlled and can be raised or lowered simultaneously or individually. Most importantly was the level of customer service provided. We were very comfortable with the installers being in our home. A must have in my opinion.- Mike V.

Tara understood my needs and what I wanted and was able to put together a lineup of possible solutions and walked through each one individually; banded shades, silhouette and roller shades and a bevy of colors. She has helped me with wooden blinds and shutters, window treatments, re-upholestering an old chair, custom bedding and recommending an excellent painter (interior and exterior). She has always been very helpful in guiding me in color selection, showing me many options in multiple price ranges and never pressuring me into buying something I don't want or like. When I decided I didn't want custom bedding in a guest room, she honored my choice and was still more than eager in helping me decorate the room and pick the right colors and decor. When I had a plumbing disaster and several pieces of hardware were discarded accidentally, she immediately got new ones sent me to very quickly at no charge.
