I was pleasantly surprised by the lightning fast response to my Angie's List query for someone to repair my garage door. Stanley called within minutes and was able to come by within the hour. He was early, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the parts on his truck. The repair was quoted on the spot and completed quickly. I highly recommend D and S.

Excellent. Jose was friendly, repsonsive, punctual, professional and efficient. I tried to fix the door myself and got stuck. Jose quickly fixed all of the problems I had created.

Even though I had two issues (or at least I thought there was only two issues), I knew there was probably more. Something snapped earlier in the week and it needed to be addressed sooner than later. I was not present at the time the repair was conducted (my mother-in-law was home), and she stated Alan was extremely professional and conducted a thorough repair. He called me before repairs to advise what was needed, and I gave him the go-ahead. I was extremely pleased with the repair/service/price. He told her it is just like new, and I would definitely agree. Great job.

The repair man explained in detail the repairs needed to fix the door, make it safe and bring it up to code. He explained the fees ahead of time and completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Very polite.

They showed up on time and completed the planned repair quickly. The repair included fixing the optical safety sensor at the bottom of the door. The wiring for the sensor turned out to be a problem making the repair take much longer than planned. The tech did the extra work to fix the issue to make the sensor work properly, all with out complaint. We were very happy.

As it turned out, the technician discovered that it was an electrical problem rather than mechanical. Although he was unable to fix it, he gave useful advice and provided a temporary fix until I hired an electrician---and with no charge! Very professional and proficient. Would hire the company in the future.

The repairman came during the scheduled time and fixed the door in just a few minutes. It was much easier than me doing the repair myself and worth the cost.

Very good service. Called for service in the morning and they showed up at 11am. Showed me what was wrong and how they could repair. Just fixed things and didn't try to upsell or provide service that was not needed. Also, there was a problem with a 2nd garage door that they quickly fixed as well. I will definitely hire again and highly recommend.

The price is good, and providers are very nice. However, they did a repair several months ago and had to come back to fix it again and still charged a fee. Overall good service, though, and would use again.
