WARDWAY POOL & GRILL SUPPLYThey came out and picked up my grill, took it back to their shop to work on it, and brought it back to me a couple days later. I was kind of surprised they agreed to come pick it up, since my house is a good 40 minutes or so away from them. They cleaned it thoroughly and replaced a part that was causing parts of the grill to run pretty hot. They had estimated it would take a week, but it took them only a couple days to bring it back. I used the grill yesterday and it worked great. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to others.- BRUCE R.

WARDWAY POOL & GRILL SUPPLYActually I've used them a couple times over the years. Purchased a Ducane Grill, which was at the time a better-grade U.S. made grill. It has lasted close to 20 years. In the purchase reviewed above, I went back to Wardway for some parts, to partially refurbish--the heating grids in the firebox, and the burners. They walked me through the install. SO far, it has worked just fine ever since. They also re-paint grills, and I'm thinking of having that done. They re-fill grill gas tanks, which is convenient if you are in Green Township, Cheviot or Westwood. Ducane merged into Weber, and now Wardway sells and services Weber, I think, and also sold the Green Egg style grills when I last visited. They have a helpful, small business atmosphere. Unless they are two deep at the counter, you will not stand around waiting to be helped. Finally, they have a service station which sells specialty fuels like racing gas, and also 91 octane pure gasoline for street driven cars. I tried the 91 octane pure gas in my car, which specifies premium fuel only. I did not notice any difference.- Edward A.

WARDWAY POOL & GRILL SUPPLYTHEY CAME ON 6/13 TO ACCESS GRILL. I STAYED HOME ALL DAY TO WAIT FOR THEM, BUT DIDN'T SEE THEM. WE CALLED IN THE LATE AFTERNOON TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. IT TURNS OUT THEY CAME AND LOOKED AT GRILL WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THEY WERE HERE. THEY HAD TO ORDER PART. TWO WEEKS LATER WE CALLED TO FIND OUT PROGRESS. WRONG PART HAD BEEN SHIPPED. THEN ON THE AFTERNOON OF 7/7 I NOTICED AN IGNITOR SITTING ON A TABLE ON THE DECK. WARDWAY HAD COME AND FIXED GRILL WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW THEY WERE COMING. NOW THIS ISN'T A REAL PROBLEM--THE GRILL IS OUTSIDE AFTERALL--BUT IF I HAD KNOWN THEY WERE HERE, I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A CHECK. WE FOUND THE BILL THE NEXT DAY IN THE MAILBOX. MY ONLY COMPLAINT: WHY DIDN'T THEY RING DOORBELL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE HERE? I WOULD SCORE THEM HIGHER IN PUNCTUALITY IF THEY HAD RUNG THE DOORBELL! 1/9/2020 - Appointment time slot 1-5pm Didn't show up. Did online chat with Sears - they told me to wait until 7pm because the previous job was taking longer. At 7:10pm, they cancelled. 1/15/2020 - Re-scheduled Appointment - Called at 9am to confirm. And told me I was last appointment of day. i asked if they would definitely show up. They said "yes". They called at 4:00pm to cancel appointment. And told me next appointment available was 1/22/2020 - 1-5pm (they didn't show up twice, and still prioritized my next visit below other appointments). No apologies. Won't EVER use them for anything going forward.

The moving of the ping pong table and putting it together went very well - they did a great job! Once they were complete, they took the time without me asking to walk me through how to put the table up and folded together for storage or so I could play against myself. Before all the work happened, I had to reschedule with Doug a couple times and he was very understanding each time. He was very prompt and would respond immediately by text/phone/email each time I had to contact him. I also found out they provide many other services which I will be using from him - such as sealing driveways and putting epoxy down in garages. I would highly recommend Doug and his team!
