I was literally overwhelmed at how great Roland was and how impeccable his work is. You just cannot find people that have pride in their work and care about 'customer satisfaction' anymore. I hate to say this, but I will be glad when I need repairs again, that is how good the projects went. I just wish there were more than 5 stars!!

The Tech arrived in the morning for the install. We had removed previous shades and curtains so that access to each window was easy. The Tech came prepared with all the tools he’d need; (1) a light powerful drill; (2) Level; (3) Pencil; (4) Measuring Tape. The install went very well. The Tech was familiar with the intricacies of installing window treatment hardware and didn’t run into any issues. We will definitely hire WOW MEDIA again !

I contacted 4 contractor/handyman services to install a safety bar in our bathtub/shower enclosure. One declined the job because it was a safety issue, two of them never got back to me but Joe Huber of Pride Services did call me. When I explained what I wanted, he said he'd be down to do the job within 2 days. He was true to his word, arrived on time & did a great job! We would highly recommend him. Thanks Joe, you gave me peace of mind knowing my husband will be safer now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

Blinds MartGregg had installed the original blinds 3 years ago. I had several windows replaced & the contractor said that the blinds would no longer fit. I was just able to have the project start a couple of days ago. I offered to let him re-bid the work since so much time had passed. He refused, and honored the original bid. When I asked him to replace the tile floor in a large bath, he made a cosmetic change that saved me MUCH money. He did wonders with maintaining the integrity of an older home, when he could have cut corners and still charged me more. I will hire him in an absolutely heartbeat. THE NEW ENGLAND HOUSE DOCTORWe are exceptionally happy to have found Roland. We initially contacted him to help us with a number of small jobs that we had been putting off because we just couldn't figure out how to do them ourselves. With his expertise, he was able to tackle them all in a day. He even finished a job we had started and gave up on (installing ceiling mounted curtain rods) at no extra charge! It was super to be able to cross off all those tasks and have them done so well. Not too long after, a piece of the wood floor in our bedroom cracked and left a large hole. We called Roland hoping he could repair it. Unfortunately, it turned out the floor could not be repaired because it was more than likely that other spots would develop due to the age, material, and lack of subflooring. Roland recommended a new floor and took the time to explain why he thought this was the best option. He never pressured us to have the installation done by him; he was just honest about what he thought was required to fix the problem. We did some research on our own and in the end decided to ask Roland to install some bamboo flooring. He did a beautiful job, cutting the sections so that the grain pattern looked aesthetically pleasing, removing and reinstalling the baseboard, and even reseating our closet doors just because he noticed they could use it. In addition to being talented, Roland is also very personable and easy to talk to. His prices seem very reasonable to me. I am not surprised he is very in demand, and that can result in his being a bit tricky to schedule, but he always got back to me and tried hard to find appointment times that worked for both of us.- Rachel B.

Their finish carpenter is a consummate professional and daily impressed my wife and I with his skill and expertise. The entire third floor was ripped down to the studs and re-laid out to create an open Coastal Corttage interior design dream space. Once signed work began exactly when scheduled. It took a total of 12 days to complete job described. Bruce has a great ability to recommend and implement design ideas to improve efficiency and cost. He also politely was able to incorporate my design considerations an execute them properly. For example Bruce really likes Brushed Nickel fixtures. I like Chrome and Bruce changed faucet, drain stopper, toilet paper holder and towel holder to chrome for me. All debris was removed on a daily basis was respectful to my neighbors.
