Harco ExteriorsWe had an excellent experience with Harco Exteriors from start to finish. John completed a thorough walk-through to get a sense of our needs and sent us a detailed proposal. He's very knowledgeable and had several great suggestions about how to address some existing gutter placement/drainage issues. John was reliably available to answer our (many) questions and guide us through several key decision points. He was also able to recommend and coordinate with some other tradespeople that we ultimately needed to involve in our project. The crew on-site was very neat, courteous, and efficient. And as a total bonus everyone was super kind to our young child who was sometimes curious, sometimes scared of all the commotion happening outside. Most important of all, the team did a GREAT job. We are very pleased with the work and have already recommended Harco to several neighbors who are considering similar projects. We will definitely use them again.- Jonathan D.

Boston Painters LLCTerrific work, reasonable price. We had Boston Painters LLC paint the outside of our house and it looks amazing. The owner, Fabricio, suggested a flat solid stain in identical color to our existing paint for the siding and and it is only subtly different from before, but looks better. Pricing was competitive and payment was after work was complete, team waited patiently for the right weather, was very professional and friendly and did a terrific job. Great attention to detail. Fabricio even fixed the wiring on an outdoor floodlight. Planning to use again and would definitely recommend.- Jonathan M.

Color Matters Painting, Inc.This was an excellent experience. They started work within a week of booking them. They power-washed, scraped, sanded, primed and painted the house and trim. They also painted the downspouts, and we added the task of painting the foundation as well. They also replaced a few rotted boards. The whole team was very professional, but we would like to especially thank Sandro, Vander and Willian for working with us, helping us choose a trim color and keeping us informed every step of the way. They completely stripped the paint in most key areas and sanded the clapboards to perfection. Norman BuildersIt was a pleasure working with Ryan Norman on the extensive interior renovation of our 1895 Andover home, and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Every phase of this project was well organized and managed, starting with the contracting negotiation phase. Ryan patiently worked with us to revise the contract multiple times to include as many details up front as possible, so as to minimize unexpected surprises from both the construction and cost perspective. We found his trade crews took pride in the high quality of their work, a reflection of their attention to detail. We also found Ryan’s costs to be market competitive, and the few unexpected expenses were discussed in advance and transparently explained. We realized various value-add modifications during the process and Ryan gamely and easily made the improvements. As homeowners, we were very picky about the final, high-end finish for this kitchen and bath remodeling; and, so, we approached Ryan already having selected a granite fabricator and cabinetry supplier. While I have no doubt that Ryan can make excellent referrals to integrate these services on any project, he worked professionally and seamlessly with these other companies. Ryan also kept up good communication to ensure that we made finish selections on time to avoid undue delays. Ryan brought all of the pieces together to deliver a beautiful product in a timely fashion. Work included: chimney removal; kitchen and bath demolition to the studs; hardwood floor removal, subfloor modifications and hardwood floor installation; significant carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling and painting; re-framing and installation of windows and doors; and installation of high end built-in appliances and custom cabinetry with crown and other trim details. All inspections easily passed, and we have great confidence in the construction and will enjoy our beautiful new kitchen and bath for years to come! This winter I submitted nothing but lauditory remarks for the interior painting they completed; and our exterior painting needs were even more demanding. Style Painting excelled beyond our expectations. Everyone of our abutting neighbors & others unsolicitedly visited us because they had never witnessed such impeccable work & workers. Everyone of them also stated when they needed such services "We know who to call." ALL services were provided by Style Painting either employees or subcontractors, everyone of whom delivered faultless detail. Work included, but not limited to carpentry, power washing, sanding, priming, staining, and exterior painting. Paulo is exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of paint. In our 50 plus years of home ownership we have never had such a comprehensive, reliable, competent, trustworthy, dedicated team. I obtained three quotes for exterior house painting. Right from the start, Services Plus was impressive. The quote was thorough and detailed and included pictures and descriptions of all work to be done (some carpentry was done in addition to the exterior painting). The quote also came in thousands less than those without carpentry work. Couldn't be happier with the results. The carpentry work was spot on and the painting looked great. The final walk-through showed some minor issues (for example, a little bit of cream trim paint splattered on a few green shingles). It was taken care of that day. No hidden surprises, no issues. Professional from start to finish. On day 1, the crew was using power tools on the front porch and for some reason the outlets stopped working. I called an electrician to replace the outlet and let Services Plus know about it. They covered the cost, no questions asked. Really great experience. Would definitely hire again.

The guys from Tom Curren Companies did an excellent job. We had about 15 windows replaced, and it was not a simple replacement, as we wanted the new windows to be at least the same size as the old ones. They were very professional, responsive, courteous, and did great quality work. They also took care to clean all debris and even dust (!) before completing the job. We would definitely recommend them, and would hire them again in the future.
