Customer First Heating & Cooling Inc
I was told by one company (a much larger company with high visibility in this area) that my downstairs furnace was rusted and was posing a safety hazard. Customer First Heating and Cooling inspected the same furnace and indicated that other than some rust, probably from the air conditioning coil, the furnace was perfectly safe. I was prepared to buy a new furnace, but based upon Customer First's advice I can avoid that expense. The Customer First representative told me that whenever they discover an unsafe furnace, they turn the furnace off and make a notation on the customer receipt. If the customer turns the furnace back on, it is at the customer's risk. It was extremely refreshing to deal with a company that is honest and straightforward. When the time comes for me to buy a new furnace I will definitely buy it from Customer First Heating and Cooling.

Owner worked with me to get a convenient appointment to get furnace checked out on older home I had bought. Home had been empty for 3 years. They arrived on time and had to make extra trip back to their shop to get parts. Furnace was repaired and serviced in 1.5 hours time. It went very well. Works completed over three says with no significant time without heat. Furnace installed was an upgrade from what was quoted for the quoted lower price of original quoted unit. Unit was within 2% of high efficiency furnace that could be installed without major modifications and work to adapt house to accept the high efficiency type furnace. Also, had higher efficiency fan and induced burn. 1st day brought new furnace, scoped out what was needed to be done to adapt to existing duct work and AC installation. 2nd day took out old furnace, installed new furnace and had it running. 3rd day Wrapped up fine points of instillation cleaned up area. Was during heating season and had no significant cool down between removal of old unit and start up of new unit.

Mike's Heating & Cooling
Mike's Heating came to check the furnace because the fan continued to turn on. Upon inspection it was determined that there were errors on the circuit board. The furnace was over 20 years ofd and we decided that a new furnace was the best option They met with me and recommended a new model. I was happy with the option and their service, however we chose not to replace it at this time due to the cost of other renovations. I did recommend them to my son when he needed help with his heating.

Prompt, professional, and all around nice folks!!! Repairs were completed as described by Dr. Furnace. We were anticipating that this repair process would be frustrating and messy ---- thankfully, Dr. Furnace made the process pleasant and not at all messy! The price was more than fair - the only reason it cost what it did is because a relatively pricey zone board had to be replaced. Dr. Furnace's labor costs were reasonable!
