This service just works!

This service just works!
And it works very well.
A little bit of setup required for some devices, and care must be taken if you have a dynamic IP address (or use a dyndns type service), but once it's set up you can forget about it.
Their support lines (in the very rare occasions when you may need to use them) are very responsive.
I recommend this service without hesitation.

Problem Solved

Unbeknown to me, French TV changed its settings. Smart DNS (Hubert) to the rescue quickly sorted it out. Great service.

Streaming content from UK failed 22 Feb…

Streaming content from UK failed 22 Feb 2021 and reported at 0906 Portugal Time. First diagnostic response recieved 45 minutes later, very fast by normal standards The engineering tem persisted in their investigations despite their servers operating correctly. The problem was the Portuguese network provider who has corrected their fault. First prize to the SDP team who solved a problem not caused by their own equipment. Throughout the 4 day period the team maintained regular and courteous contact with me. Thank you all once more.
