A&D Exteriors IncIn May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!- Peter S.

Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on timelines, explaining the project in detail, and answering any questions we may have had. Heidi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable once we entered the design phase, too. The projects were completed quickly and were done with a high degree of craftsmanship. From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Paul, Austin and team. Austin came w/i 24 hours of my initial call to assess the scope of the project and provided me with an estimate (very fair price) within two days. Work started within two weeks of my signing the contract and was completed in about three days. The project included LP Smartside siding on the detached one-car garage and on a large dormer window on the back of the house along with new gutters on the garage. The crew arrived (promptly!) on the start date indicated and worked steadily for the three days. The scope of work was explained to me clearly before and during the project, and I am very pleased with the final results. I was probably most impressed at the end of the project when I was asked to walk around and ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction (it was!). I then watched the crew do a thorough cleanup of my yard and the work area before leaving. I would highly recommend this contractor and the quality of their work!

We chose the window together, making sure it was right for my space and style of my home. Once it arrived, I knew I had made the right decision in the size, color and style. Terrific. Branden found and fixed the leak in very little time. Boot replacement also went quickly. These were relatively small tasks, but he performed them conscientiously and for a very fair price. Based on this experience, we are having conversations with him to replace all the failed gutter guards on our multi-level roofs.
