John was upfront and honest through the whole project. He's the kind of guy you can trust with a handshake. John gave me several options including repair or replacement and we discussed the plusses and minuses of each option. We agreed replacement of my 20 plus year old AC with a new 16 SEER unit was my best option. My old unit ran non stop from May through September. The new unit cycles on and off, even on the hottest days, as it has no problem keeping up with the cooling load in my house. I'm still waiting to get my first electric bill after the new install, but I'm sure it will be considerably lower. The whole crew was very friendly and professional resulting in a great finished project and a much cooler house.

Bernie is incredible- no, really. I could not have asked for a better technician today. After a month of no A/C and getting the run around with our warranty company (besides the point), Bernie showed up and saved the day. He took the time to really explain the problem, the steps he took to fix it, and some helpful tips for the future. After repairing our AC unit he walked around the house upstairs and down in the basement to show me how to control the force of air coming out of the vents. He is so friendly and so great. We will definitely reach out to him again in the future if we ever have issues. Thank you Bernie.

AWSOME!!!! I FINALLY FOUND A COMPANY I CAN TRUST!!!! Jason explained everything that needed to be done & im sure he saved me from buying another an Ac unit, unfortunately someone tried to do me a favor by power washing our unit & ruined a new unit of less than 5 years. Jason came back & spent several tedious hours out in the hot sun meticulously cleaning & re-opening the filter so air could flow through the unit, He did us a huge favor & we appreciate all of his efforts & hard work!!!

Shane was really great! He walked me through potential causes for the dishwasher to not work properly; parts needed to repair, and time and cost. He picked up the parts from a distributor and installed them. The total service time was around 2.5 hours. My wife and I are ecstatic the DW is fixed, because we did not want to buy a new one. I will definitely use HB again; and in fact, I have purchased a Home Protection Plan with them.

Sam is very knowledgeable and did a great job finding and fixing the problem. We also discussed replacing furnace and a/c and he quoted me a good price. We also discussed problems I was having with 3 rooms not getting any air and replacing ductwork. Upon further inspection of the ductwork he noticed the ducts were closed by the furnace, so he opened them up and now the whole house is getting heat. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone.

Replaced vanity and vanity top in bathroom. Some work necessary to level flooring where the existing vanity was that occurred when the original tile was put down in the bathroom. Required plumbing work and some modifications to a drawer in the new vanity due to the existing drain which was a challenge to resolve. Finished it off with quarter round and hung the mirror. Great job on everything! Coming back for Phase II for a new vanity in the master bath. Rate very reasonable.

We have used this company for both rental and owner-occupied properties. They replaced the roof, gutters, and worked with the company to make sure that our awnings and other items were replaced.
