I really appreciate that Gary and his son were willing to do the labor only for my fence installation. The fence panels that I wanted were hard to come by early this season - I was able to purchase materials from a friend and Gary did the install. He and his son were great: first of all, a real pleasure to have around, but more importantly, they did a professional installation along my driveway with a difficult incline, some rocks to navigate and nosy neighbors who were disputing the boundary line! Throughout these difficulties, they remained cool and did a bang-up job. Gary even offered to get me 2 more panels and come back the following week to install, because in the end, I wished the finished fence provided just a bit more privacy. I highly recommend 518 fence - they'll work with you to meet your specific needs and they're just good to be around.

I just bought a house and my renters left tons of stains, scratches and dirt on the walls. I hired MP Home Repairs to give everything a few coats of paint to start with a clean apartment. The whole process was great. As soon as I submitted my project they scheduled to come have a look the next morning. They gave me a competitive estimate on the spot and we scheduled the work for the same week. They did an excellent and very clean job! My house has a lot of trims and details so I was very happy with the results! I will hire them again for my second apartment downstairs in a few months. Definitely recommend!

Atkins FenceDan and Brian were delayed by an hour, but went straight to work upon arrival. They removed the existing panels from the old posts, set the new posts, then re-attached the panels. Brian sawed up the old posts into chunks and offered to stack them by my backyard fireplace! Beautiful job--completed in under two hours. Total cost: $400. (The "other guy" wanted $700!)- Connie F.

C&L Handyman ServicesInitially Carmen returned my call. He came and looked at the job and measured for the door. He did not give me a quote that day but said he would call me. Weeks went by and he did not call. I left several messages for him to call me back. He did not call back. Finally I left him a message stating that I can only assume he does not want the job since he is not returning my phone calls.Now I am starting all over again looking for a handyman. I just had a stem cell transplant and a storm destroyed my fence panel, I can't do the work myself and I don't want my dog getting out of the yard. RM Fence & Deck SolutionsI will try to keep this short, this company is the worst. We had a fence installed around our pool in 2016 with a double gate on the privacy vinyl side. The gate was never installed correctly and was spaced too far apart. We had to use a piece of rebar to keep the fence from swinging open all the time. We had issues with the company and chose not to call them to fix the gate (was not worth the frustration) and no other company will work on a preexisting fence. So this Spring- the fence completely broke off during a wind storm. So we decided to call RMFence to replace the gate with a panel figuring it would save on cost AND hassle since it was improperly installed to begin with. I had explained what happened over the phone and he quoted us $625, so we agreed and sent $325 as deposit. The quote was to remove and dispose of existing gate and 2 gate posts and footings, install 1 corner post and 1 line post in concrete and custom build 1 section to fill space where gate was. We were never given a date for him to come, and then came home and the fence was "complete". By complete, they did not remove anything, reused the existing line and corner post AND some of the panels! So the end result was a panel with holes from the gate hinges still showing and cut out sections of fence to fit the panels (leaving the shavings on the concrete). When i called Ryan, he said that the job was a nightmare and that if he came to look at the job he never would have taken it, claiming that the slab of concrete from the pool area is over the top of the post they needed to dig up (keep in mind that the concrete from the pool area was poured BEFORE he put up the original fence). I told him how terrible it looks, and said we would have jjust replaced the gate, come to find out, now all of a sudden if we had him fix the gate- it would have been FREE since it has a lifetime warranty! WHY would he not have told us that to begin with? Im sure because he was trying to scam more money. I told him i am NOT paying the remaining balance of $300 due to the fact that he reused all the materials and did NOT do what the quote said was going to be done and then continued to tell me that the panels he had to use cost him $300... how did that cost him $300 if he practically reused everything that was previously installed???? Needless to say i would NEVERRRR recommend this company!!! ALSO- I am sure as i saw with most negative reviews Ryan will say that i am not a REAL customer.- marisa r.
