He arrived on time, was very friendly, and showed me how the seal on my refrigerator was leaking air. He replaced the seal and also reset the feet on the front of the refrigerator so that the door closed without having to slam it.

Jose is punctual, well-organized, knowledgeable and customer-friendly technician. He helped to identify the root cause of the problem and able to fix the refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker issue.

The fan in our freezer stopped working on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, leaving our refrigerator cool but unable to get cold. We found this company on Yelp and noted they are licensed for large appliance repair. We have a Kenmore that is about 15 years old. The freezer was fine. The website lists multiple locations. We contacted the Dublin location by phone and email. I received an email response the same day. Although they could not come out that day (Saturday of Memorial weekend), they sent someone out on Monday despite being a holiday. We later learned we were dealing with the Pleasant Hill location. They told us their service travel fee was $79 but it would be deducted from the bill if we chose to proceed with the work. We were given a 2 hour window for arrival. On the day of the service appointment we were kept apprise of the technician's arrival by text. We especially appreciated the technician texting us when he was about 20 minutes away. Our technician was Paul . He was great. He wore mask, gloves and shoe covers. He took the time to look at the appliance and checked the specs of our unit online. He needed to access the fan through the freezer. He waited patiently while we emptied the freezer. If we had known in advance, we would have had the freezer emptied before he arrived - but he didn't appear to mind waiting. The drain in the freezer was also frozen over with ice. He had the equipment to thaw the ice (a steamer) - He was able to access the back drain and fan without breaking any of the plastic parts and was careful to re-install all the screws when he was done. He told us the fan was in good shape - just stopped by a clump of dust. We appreciate that he was honest and didn't just sell us a new fan. He assured us that we had a 90 day warranty and if the fan stopped working in that time we could pay for a new fan and have then install the unit for just the cost of the fan. He felt the fan and unit would last at least another 4 to 5 years but we plan to replace the unit before then. A new fan would have been another $95. We were charged $250 less $25 discount (offered on Yelp.com). Evidently they have a minimum $200 labor fee. Their service fee is on the high end compared to other companies, but they are licensed. It was clear Paul was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The freezer looked like new when he was done. He was neat and kept the area clean. We provided a towel at his request to wipe up any excess moisture. He was very helpful and informative about what he was doing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My refrigerator ice maker broke. When I called White Crow Repair, the customer service rep did her best to schedule an appointment that worked for me. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, provided the estimate, ordered parts and came back to fix it. Everything was professionally handled and I’m happy with the service.

Mr. Pham was professional, courteous, and most importantly committed to giving us the best service possible. We called him on a Friday evening for a fridge repair request. He came to our house on Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He tried his best to get us the replacement part as soon as possible but we had to wait for it. Once he acquired the part, he immediately called us to inform us and came by as soon as possible to install it. The timeline between his diagnostic and fixing was surprisingly short with the delay being in acquiring the replacement part on a weekend. Overall, he was very approachable, very easy to work with, and solved our issue quickly on a weekend within a reasonable cost. We will definitely hire him again if we need fridge repairing.

I can't say enough good about this company. Such excellent service and so honest! When he got done repairing my refrigerator, I mentioned that the door ice maker was not working - and he repaired it FOR FREE! Then, when the problem continued with the refrigerator he came out and fixed it again - FOR FREE! I will always use him for my repairs and definitely recommend him to anyone else.

Jose knew his stuff. He performed his work quickly and cleanly. He gave us options for the most economical approaches to repair. He repaired our leaking refrigerator and gave us options for fixing our leaking washing machine, which we will follow up on later. Jose was pleasant to work with. He is a nice guy. We kept Jose's card taped to our appliances so we can call him again in the future.

The repairperson is Gary Cain and I think it is his business. He only works on refrigerators. A trip charge is $55, which sometimes he only charges depending on what he finds needs to be done. If he replaces condensers oar icemakers it is more. His service is excellent. He is responsive, very knowledgeable and he is extremely nice to work with. He knows what he is doing. He is responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. I will absolutely continue to use him.

Called Lou, LP Appliance, in the morning and he said he could be out in the early evening to evaluate my refrigerator problem. He arrived promptly that same day, diagnozed my refrigerator problem, and had the part in and refrigerator working within 30 minutes! He repaired it at a very resonable price! Very well. Nathan explained the approach and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He had the replacement motherboard in his truck and installed it without any problems. He showed me the price before he opened the box and estimated labor charges. The only real issue was the labor charge which was $180 for the roughly 30-45 minutes he was here. Pretty steep in my opinion but the fridge was fixed in short order so overall I am happy. I did consider purchasing a new replacement fridge but this was the first service in 14 years so I expect a few more good years of service. Nathan suggested repair rather than replace given no other prior issues even considering its age. Also, we wanted to keep the custom wood panels on the fridge. A replacement fridge most likely would entail replacement wood panels. Big bucks. Happy with the final outcome.

I called General Refrigeration and Gary Cain was able to come right over and fix my loud growling refrigerator. It needed a new Evaporator Fan Motor and Gary had the part right on his truck. He was extremely nice and very professional and had it completely fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was very fair with his price and I wouldn't hesitate to call him immediately if we ever have a problem with our refrigerator again. I highly recommend him!

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday (but the freezer still worked). Steve's appliance came out first thing Monday and found the problem was a blockage in the air pump from the freezer to the refrigerator. The tech had the part and quickly repaired the refrigerator and it cooled down to normal temperature in a few hours. Prompt, courteous, would use them again.

I called Gary, who was referred by another repairman who couldn't come out right away. My refrigerator had stopped working over the weekend when I was away from home. I called Gary at about 7:30 in the morning. He came out within the hour and fixed the refrigerator. I was SO relieved, as I had thought I might need a new refrigerator.
