Resurrection Builders, Inc.This is the second big job that Ryan Sullivan and Resurrection Builders has done for us. The job this time was to complete a garage with bonus room that had been started years ago and then abandoned. Ryan really listened to what we were looking for, unlike the other contractors we contacted, and when we realized what we wanted was "pie in the sky", Ryan worked with us to bring the project down to a doable cost. The project took about 2 months once started. The crew was always on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. They wore masks when inside our home as requested, and cleaned up behind themselves. Ryan always let us know when things were planned or when something changed those plans. He was always quick to answer questions and address any concerns we had. We are confident that all work meets or exceeds code. We really appreciate the work and care of Ryan and his crew. We love our new bonus room and garage. BNW BuildersI never put much stock into lifetime warranties until now! BNW came out within one day of my calling to report a piece of my gutter got blown off. Gerald was wonderful, explained to me that i needed to clean the outside of my gutters for best performance. He repaired the piece in a few minutes. Ogburn Construction IncI'll admit I never heard of Ogburn Construction before I hired them. My wife and I "found" them at the Home Show last fall. To cut to the chase, Ogburn exceeded the very high expectations they set for themselves when they won the work from a much bigger higher profile company. From the initial sales meeting to the last day of work, the experience could not have been better. Our job was a big one which included providing structural support for the entire very long driveway, leveling several uneven driveway panels and finally power washing and sealing the driveway. Ogburn's price came in just under around the price quote of a very large well known company in town. The crew was punctual all 4 days, very professional, personable, and informative answering all of our questions along the way. Most impressive was the work ethic witnessed during 4 very hot days in July, two of which hit 100 degrees. Dave Ogburn, the owner of the family-owned business stopped in unexpectedly on day 2 to check in on the progress and to introduce himself and answer questions. His interest was genuine and his visit much appreciated. Son Taylor, who educated us about the project scope and services and about Ogburn the company, was our first dealing with the company. He was very impressive and the complete opposite of a pushy salesman and he was always available for questions before and after we hired them. Finally, the work quality of the finished product was absolutely perfect. My wife runs her own business and that was one of the factors that weighed into my decision to hire Ogburn over another extremely reputable and well known company in the Richmond area - a company I've used before for other projects with great satisfaction. It is rare to hire a contractor for a big job and not have any nits, no matter how small, to complain about during the course of the project. But this was that rare case. I give a 100% endorsement of Ogburn Construction to anyone in need of a driveway makeover.- Pete H.

All in One Home Team LLCThe owner came out the day I contacted them to give us a quote. The quote was more than reasonable and they said they could begin work right away. The wall was build, sanded, painted and trimmed to match the walls around it. It took a total of two days to complete and they cleaned up once they were done. Huff Construction, Inc.David is fantastic! I did my research and could not have found a better builder! The completed work is so high end and high quality from beginning to finish. David and his whole crew are so nice and explain everything and David didn’t mind my “add-ons “ always whatever you would like we will do. Great with suggestions which were better ideas than I could come up with! I expected it to be stressful but I was wrong! Such a wonderful experience I can’t wait to have them back for phase 2 - the whole house interior! Thank you David- D M.

Bryan Polo ConstructionI had Mr. Polo install a Candy display case into my drywall. He arrived a little late but had excellent communication. He seemed very knowledgeable about construction and seemed honest. The job came out great and it took the two days he said it would. The price was reasonable and when the job was discovered to not be as involved as originally thought he adjusted the price. Wayne was very responsive and patient, and handled the entire project very well. His team did good work too, and in a few instances where we saw minor flaws, Wayne made sure that his team fixed them promptly. He even went above and beyond what he was contracted to do, such as by helping us return a vanity to Home Depot, and installing a new toilet valve in another bathroom when he noticed that it was broken. While the total cost was a few thousand dollars higher than what other companies quoted, Wayne's responsiveness made up for it.
