1st, it's compact. The size is typical of a 13" MacBook Pro charger. In the picture, you can see it compared to my Ravpower (61W) and floss for reference. It's smaller than Apple's chargers for 15" or 16" MacBook Pros. And this one has 2 ports! GaN is great.
2nd, it's powerful. If you only have one cable attached, this charger will put out enough watts to charge even Apple's current MacBook Pro 16" (96W). With two cables attached, It puts out 45W each. Trying this config, I was doing moderate work (lots of Safari tabs, Messages, Email, What's App) and it kept my 2019 15" MacBook Pro at 100% with no trickle charging drain. I also use it to charge my iPhone X really fast. I believe current iPhones can charge at 30W max over USB C Power Delivery.
3rd, it's really affordable. Apple's bulkier, 1 port charger for a 15" or 16" MacBook Pro is like 2.5x what I bought this for. Hopefully, the price doesn't change because I'd recommend this to family, friends, and I'd definitely pick up another one if I ever need it.

It shows up as 100W charge in the system report.
Don't know how to measure the actual Watt but I have noticed that it does fast change the system.compared to standard 87 W Apple charger.
Being a GaN Tech this has much smaller profile with a very decent build quality.
Having a second port is a big help as I don't need to carry 2 charger all the time.
Very happy with the product and would recommend as a standby or replacement charger.

Aside from the total watts capacity, it would be useful for the charger to distribute its watts capacity across two devices flexibly "on demand" rather than a fixed amount of 50% to each device. This would enable one laptop to use more when needed if the other doesn’t need high power at that moment. Although it is possible both laptops could simultaneously demand a high watts, the charger can then divide the load up to its limit.
I currently use two laptops (one personal, one for work), and wanted to use only one charger to keep them both powered. My personal laptop requires high power demands due to image processing. It cannot function with only 45W of power split while the work laptop is only demanding about 10W. This fixed split of power capacity greatly reduces the convenience I thought I would get with these chargers.
In the box, the seller offers a $20 amazon gift card, to be claimed by emailing them. Their response, quoted below, is highly suggestive that the gift card is conditioned on writing a review. As such, I would discount positive reviews as possibly paid for.
Quote from email from Support Hyppr <[email protected]>:
"Please consider sharing a product review on Amazon.
If this 100W PD USB-C Charger works well for you, would you kindly write down your experience on this product?
We'd like to arrange a $20 Amazon Gift Card for you when we receive your Review Link."
It fast charges them, and keeps them running topped off even when I’m using cpu intensive apps.
It’s everyone’s favorite charger at the podcast these days, because it really performs.
I hadn't yet tried out GaN charging, as I'd just used my OEM chargers in the past, but I "switch hit", meaning sometimes I carry a MacBook Pro, other times a Dell workstation, other times a Surface Book or even a Google Pixelbook Go... All of which charge with USB Type C. I also switch between iPhone and several Android phones based on the accompanying laptop I'm traveling with.
While not traveling much this year, I still jumped on this offering as a go-to for all-in-one charging of my mobile solution regardless of what I was packing. I purchased dual USB Type C kevlar cables to go with it, and a matching Kevlar Type-C-to-Lightning cable for iPhone and accessory charging while on-the-go. This is now the only brick I need to carry. Its significantly smaller than my 87w Apple brick, WAY smaller than the 100/130w bricks for the Dell and Surface, and charges everything with ease. Now only to get back to traveling to really test out how much it saves me in packing complexity... :)
I only hope that someone gets one of these up to 130w someday to give my Dell workstation what it needs to not throw the "yellow flag" when being charged. Outside of that annoyance, it works perfectly, and nothing is really limited even when this happens.
GaN charging is the way forward it seems, as safe, high-wattage charging is now achievable in much smaller footprints. I just hope there isn't some trade-off that isn't known yet...
