Geo Home repairsGeo did a fantastic job; not only did he put some screws in the top part of the top siding panel that was slipping, he installed some screws on both of the top siding panels spaced all along the house b/c there weren't any, so this won't happen again even with the other siding piece that was in place. Jam Carolina ExteriorsI was extremely impressed with the professionalism, quality, value, and comprehensive range of services Jam Carolina Exteriors provided me. I have a house rental that is long drive from my primary residence that had numerous repairs that I wanted a one-stop shop to address. The major repairs included - 2 exterior door replacements due to water damage - Subfloor repairs radiating from the threshold of each door, also due to the water damage - Linoleum replacement on top of the subfloor I also had a grab-bag of exterior trim, stair decking, and fascia that required about 60 boards to be replaced, painted, and in some areas gutters to be replaced. Given a budget of about $10,000, I had gathered quotes from numerous contractors big and small, and was disappointed in the lack of detail in those quotes, until I met with James from Jam. He provided an extremely detailed action plan and list of materials in his estimate for the major repairs. No other estimate I received was - Nearly as detailed, or - Prepared to handle all the major work components I then called him back to get another quote on the exterior trim grab-bag, and his quote for that work was just as precise and reasonable. I then approved both estimates. Given the distance from my primary residence I was not able to monitor the work onsite. However, Chris, James, and Brandon kept in touch via calls, text and pics. In addition, my tenant provided updates as well, and she was appreciative of the status updates and respect Brandon and the Jam crew showed her. There are always surprises that happen on a job of this scope. In those cases, the Jam team was always proactive and able to provide upfront options. They finished the job within the budget. During the final walkthrough James made sure every itemized repair in the estimates were reviewed and approved by me. I feel confident that the repairs will outlast the 10 year guarantee they supplied. I will definitely look for Jam Carolina Exteriors to handle my primary residence as well for any future remodeling project.- JEFFREY C.

US Home ExteriorsMy siding was completed in 2009 and I am still happy with the work that they performed. The siding still looks like new although during spring, it has a green tint until washed. Precise Roofing and Exteriors L.L.C.We've hired Precise Roofing for roof/skylight/gutter replacements. Their prices are competitive - we got other estimates from 3 other contractors. Roberto/his team were able to answer many questions including warranty, products, and other general house maintaining matters. Actual works were in 3 phases - roof/skylight replacements were done in 1 1/2 days. No issues there. Our installation was on Monday and all the materials were delivered to our house on Friday. Workers arrived on time and were professional. During roof replacement, they identified few damaged fascia boards, sub-fascia boards, and siding/corner board. So replacing those boards around our house (and sealed/painted) was the second phase. They were different crews (2 people, not the same one as the roof crews) and did fantastic job. This was done prior to new gutters. Lastly, gutter installation. Although the installation itself was uneventful, it took a few extra days to schedule. However, this involves Christmas and new year holidays. Completely understandable. Overall, it was a great experience to something I wasn't familiar. They made everything easy and manageable. I have already emailed Roberto if his company does other jobs around house. I will definitely hire them again.- Joonhyung C.

The owner, Susan Prenatt, was personable and kept us informed with timely updates of what was being done and what her crew planned to accomplish each day as weather permitted. Communication was straight-forward and excellent; She was responsive to all questions and our desires. After removing old siding, the outside wall insulation was covered with plastic sheeting to protect from rain-water, which never touched any of the “exposed” exterior wall insulation. At all times, our property was kept tidy and construction materials were well organized. The workmen were courteous, efficient and professional. They provided us with a high-quality finished product, inside and out. A few minor final touch-ups were handled well in a timely manner. Overall, the team did an excellent job and we are very pleased with all of the work.
