  Rewiring my two story townhome for cable was no easy task as it had to be run through the attic to a bedroom and down to the living area at the other end of the unit, which required opening a wall. The original cable was installed during the build in 1972 and went through wall studs and was stapled within the walls! Two young men arrive on time and spent a goodly amount of time determining the best approach since they couldn't just pull the cable through, then they went to work. Took about the whole day, but at day's end all was done, the wall was patched and taped, and no mess was left behind. I did the painting, which was no problem for me to do. This was done on 2/27/2019 Fast forward to mid-June of 2019. Years ago, I had additional insulation and a radiant barrier added to the attic because I do not have nor do I want A/C.. During the June "hot spell" when the temperatures were in the 90º-100º range, I noticed the upstairs seemed to be warmer than I remembered, and I wondered if my solar attic fan had failed. When the weather cooled, I checked. The attic fan was fine, but I discovered that during the installation of the new cable line, the radiant barrier had been moved out of the way and not put back. I called Flores Electric and ask Reynaldo (owner) to please call me, which he did the following morning. Rey was simply wonderful. He wanted to address the issue right away and asked my availability which I gave him. I also suggested that he schedule the appointment for early morning as I didn't want his workers working in the heat of the attic. He did just that, and yesterday morning one of the two young men who did the original work arrived at my home and took care of the issue. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I've dealt with many contractors, even took one to arbitration, and most have been great, but I must say, Rey was wonderful. Thank you, Rey. It seems to be getting harder and harder to find quality companies who treat customers well and take pride in what their employees do. Rey and Flores Electric is just such a company

  Everything everyone else has said about Joel was true for me too. The price was comparable to another person who also had their cable line re-done. I sent a msg on Angie's list and he got back to me within a day or two, pretty quick. That same day he came over and did the whole job within 2-2.5 hours. I checked the cable line to see if my tv would work and sure enough voila - cable line and tv working fine! I'm very pleased with his work and highly recommend him

  They are just fine and they charge me eight dollar a month for both the services combined. I have not had anything go wrong so far. They are excellent overall because when I do phone them, they are very clear and helpful.

  Our experience has been good ever since we switched over to Comcast. The connection to our computer has improved greatly. Whenever we have had to call them, they have been responsive. Their phone connection is not as good as the prior one, but overall they have been good.

  They just supply the service, I have had real billings with their assignment services I had. It was probably a couple of a hundred bucks. I have television and internet and they are okay. It is all I want, to watch TV. I cannot even answer for I had them for so long.

  I explained what I needed and gave Joel a brief tour showing him the layout and various access options. This was our second time using Joel and we would definitely seek him out again if a need arises. He was thorough and punctual. Joel ran Cat5 Ethernet cable from the basement to the attic and then down an internal wall and install dual jacks for coaxial cable and Ethernet. This eliminated the need for our last remaining cable television box as we switch to a TiVo Mini to tap into our TiVo DVR where we find the interface to be so much more user friendly than the Comcast one

  They are good. You can negotiate the price down. If you are retired and have no money. They are very good. They know their stuff. You always get irritated at them. People have different skills. I don't want to go with an outside antennae, so I will continue to use them.
