Not only did he educate me on all of my options, but once I picked out what I wanted he was able to start work immediately and finished everything in the same visit. I was amazed that he didn’t have to pick up parts or order something for me. A consummate professional, Kevin is very polite, clean, courteous and respectful. When I price checked I found that his prices were among the best in town, and I know that his service is the best in town, so there is not another locksmith I will use. Golden LocksmithEverything was great. When I called, the lady who answered was pleasant and said the locksmiths would call me shortly to set an appointment. Minutes later, Johnnie called. I sent him a picture of whet I needed. They had to order the fob so it took a few days. But, Johnnie arrived on time when he said he would (actually he called ahead and was able to come about 20 minutes early). He was pleasant and professional and answered my questions. He was done in less than 30 minutes. So: he replaced a lost fob for my car with push button start, cut the valet key, reprogrammed both fobs, in 30 minutes, in the driveway on my house, and he saved me $100 and 2-3 house had I gone to the dealership to have it done. Airborne Locksmith LLCI just moved to a new house and we were looking to purchase a new safe. I was looking online for a reliable locksmith and came across Airborne. I went to their shop, and they had a great selection of safes with reasonable pricing. Kevin was able to deliver the safe the same day and he bolted it down with ease. One thing that I would like to note is that he was wearing a mask and I felt very comfortable with that. The overall experience was very fast and easy. Airborne Locksmith LLCOur back door would not unlock from the inside. After looking at the reviews on Angie's List I choose Airborne. We arranged an afternoon appointment for the next day. It just so happened the house painters came the next day and were taping over the doors. We asked if Airborne could come out before the back door was painted. Kevin arrived 30 minutes later replaced both front an back door locks with no tap high security locks and even fixed the door sticking problem. We were very happy the the prompt service and professionalism of the technician. We would definitely use Airborne again.- JUDY M.

Vendor contacted us very quickly and requested some basic information like door dimensions and photo. A quote was given online. Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. We have already recommended the vendor to friends.

I called the company and spoke to a very nice young woman who asked me to take a photo of the doors and email it to them. I did that within 20 minutes of our conversation and then heard nothing back for about a week. I called again and the same nice woman told me that a different person would be responding to me either that day or the next and she apologized for the delay. I never heard from then again and now when I call my calls just go to voicemail and they do not respond. This is the second time I have tried to reach them. This exact scenario happened last April and I did not report the problem. I don't believe this is a legit company and I believe this company should be removed Angie's List as it makes Angie's List look bad as well. This company does not respond and wastes potential customers time. I am now 3 weeks behind getting my project done by waiting on this company for a simple return call and estimate. For comparison, I called another door refinishing company in the area that is not part of Angies List and they will be able to take on my project next week. Done! No more follow up and time on my part.
