We needed gutters replaced on our house. When we spoke with Ron about the quote, we needed to get the gutters painted before installing on the house. Ron was able to deliver the gutters so we could get them painted before installing. The other companies we spoke with weren't able to accommodate us. The gutters look beautiful and shows professional workmanship. We would hire Ron and team again should the need arise.

My wife and I worked with Joe to renovate our home in the South Bay. We basically tore everything down to the studs and did some reconfiguring of the interior, as well as redoing all plumbing and electrical. With Joe and his team, we transformed a home that hasn’t been renovated since the 60’s to the home of our dreams. We were referred to Joe by a trusted friend, and after a phone call with an overview of what our plans were, we met Joe in person at our home for an initial walkthrough. Both my wife and I were impressed with how thorough he was with details regarding the renovation; it was immediately obvious he was a master of his craft, with a vast amount of experience and knowledge in construction. More importantly, he’s down to earth and honest; his transparency was very much appreciated. Joe and his crew take pride in their work. He’d go above and beyond by suggesting certain looks or practical modifications to our original request; it often felt like he was renovating for himself! For the project, he provided a clearly marked timeline and walked us through all the options for both finished and unfinished materials. Top notch materials and products were used. The project was completed as scheduled and Everything was cleaned up around the entire house so you never knew they were there. I would strongly recommend Chris and his crew for any home project needed. They can do it all!

I was happy with my experience with this firm. In early December, Juan with Sustainable Living Builders responded to an Angie's List request I had made late on a Friday night for emergency roof repair for a leak at my chimney. He contacted me the next morning and the leak was repaired later that day. The repair, which had been unsuccessfully attempted by another roofer earlier in the week, has been through several significant rainstorms and hasn't leaked since. The members of the crew who fixed the leak were courteous and confident. Although the pricing wasn't clear to me ahead of time (and I didn't know until I was billed several weeks later), the final cost was within the ballpark Juan and I had initially discussed on the phone, which I considered to be reasonable. (I would have preferred having a breakdown of the costs in the bill, but that's obviously less important than the success of the repair.) Lastly, they offer a 5 year warranty, which I fortunately haven't had to use but nonetheless consider important. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this firm.

They were responsive to questions, provided complete information, provided updates to my job, and provided me warranty information after everything was completed. Workers were also amazing. They worked quickly, cleaned up everyday, and were done a day faster than I anticipated. Lindy roofing is a family owned and operated business. I liked that I could keep my money local and since they have been around for years I felt comfortable knowing they here if anything ever comes up. All Seasons ConstructionI picked up this company because I saw one of their staff members working on a house when I was walking by. I was very impressed by what he was doing. After I called the office, the manager Jeremy came to my house several times to assess what needed to be done. He is an excellent guy. He did a thorough assessment and explained to me what the plan would be and gave me some suggestions. He was very honest and openly discussed with me what options I had. Besides needing to install the drainage pipes and pump, he also suggested connecting the main drainage pipes to the tool shed trench, because the tool shed trench had no outlet. Before the project started, when I had questions, he always responded very quickly and he updated me frequently when they would start the project because their schedule was very tight. During the process, the workers are excellent and very efficient. They did an awesome job. When they started this project, I also wanted to add another project to add concrete to my side path. Jeremy came again and did another assessment and gave me a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with what they did for me. In the middle of the process, when the first Lead Foreman had a medical problem, Jeremy tried very hard to arrange the second Lead Foreman to come help. I was very impressed. The whole process ran very smoothly. I highly recommended this company. No matter their field workers or the office workers, they are all very nice, professional, and efficient. Dry Tech ConstructionDry-Tech Roofing was the only roofing company I could get out on such short notice after I had a roof leak and ceiling collapse in my house after heavy rains. They were extremely professional and showed up exactly on time. After examining my roof, it looked like I would have to replace the entire thing, which unfortunately, is not in my budget (newly divorced with single income and just purchased the house from my ex). Jeremy worked with me and came up with an excellent compromise for repair and did an excellent job on the work. Work was completed within 5 days of the original appraisal! His team was very professional, and he even did the work while I was sleeping indoors for an overnight shift at the hospital. He and his team did such a great job, on such short notice, and didn't even wake me up from my much needed sleep. I am so thankful for this roofing company!! All others were booked out for a month at least and required at least a guarantee of at least $10,000 worth of work. I will always recommend and use this company in the future. They have been beyond incredible, and took an incredibly stressful burden off my shoulders!! FIVE STARS!!!- Robyn N.
