His company uses a high quality sealant. The crew of three was professional and did a fantastic job with the application of the sealant, since my driveway is lined with rocks. I've project managed and hired many contractors over the years in my businesses and for my homes. The driveway crack filling and sealing job that Sunrise Asphalt did was beyond my expectations of what I thought anybody could do considering the kind of companies and workers I’ve seen out there for decades. I'd contacted 3 asphalt companies and the only one who even bothered to contact me was Les Silberman at Sunrise Asphalt. Les and his cheerful and focused crew completely matched and exceeded my expectations of the way I thought it should be done. The way he conducted his business with me was flawless. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications. We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations! They listened extremely well and couldn’t be more helpful and so easy to work with. Joe came out and offered us a fair quote for both chip seal repair and two-shot chip seal, so much so that I enlisted my neighbors to go in with me and we hired them for the entire stretch of road.
