This project grew in scope until it included external lighting, interior lighting and ceiling fans, a repaint of almost every wall and some miscellaneous remodeling (stair rails, furniture quake retrofits). It was completed without undue delay and minimal disruption to our habitation.

Description of Work
Every outlet in our house needed to be grounded and drywall needed to be restored to walls opened up to locate the source of earlier water damage. The floor in the water damaged room also needed replaced.

Prompt arrival but wrong samples; after two weeks I am still waiting to get my estimate for installation. The general contractor says he has other expertise besides floor installation, such as roofing, decking, design, and seemed familiar with our local city permitting process.
