Fortune RestorationTotal job was $15,000. Pete and his team did really excellent work. We have a 100 year old house that needed serious repairs to the exterior stucco, wood framing, columns and brick. They exceeded our expectations! Especially because we have lots of roses in front of the house. They were extremely careful not to damage any of them when they set up the ladders and stages. They also sealed up any openings where birds and squirrels had been going in. The house looks brand new. We are really happy. Thanks guys!- Darryn B.

DYNAMIC COLORS INCOur house is 3 1/2 story 99 year old house that is quite vertical, which made our job difficult. Last fall/summer we were late to sign-up Color Dynamics to do our job. They fit us in right at the end of the season, and came back in July to finish the job. The attention to detail and quality from the owner, Anthony Giangrossi, to the supervisor, to the staff was exceptional! Tavos Painting INC.I have a two-story Victorian house that needed a lot of exterior work. Tavo's guys power-washed, scraped, sanded, caulked, repaired siding, repaired glazing, primed, and put on 3 top coats. I can only say, wow, what a thorough job! And everyone was friendly, cooperative, with good communication about costs and scheduling, and great care taken not to damage anything. The total cost was about $16,000 and worth every penny. Tavos Painting INC.Tavos painting did a great job staining my cedar fence. Getting a quote was easy and they came out within a couple days of the request. Pricing was in line with other quotes I received, but they made my project a priority and said they can do it within a week. A crew of 3 came out and properly cleaned and sanded the fence before starting work. They were very detailed and were obviously focused on doing the job the right way. They finished the first coat in 1 day and came out the following morning for the second coat. The results are beautiful and I have been receiving many compliments from the neighbors. I would use Tavos again for other painting projects. A couple of tips if you do hire them: Communicating over text is the way to go and confirm who is buying what materials. Fortune Restoration did a great job. At the start, there was a hiccup that they worked to overcome. When they cut back the concrete, they cut into the foundation more than expected. But they brought in an expert and immediately repaired the damage. The rest of their work was very high quality. Specifically, they did 2 things to win my loyalty. First, they communicate a lot. An owner, Tom, and the head of the team working at my house, Rodis gave me daily updates. Second, they always explained the logic of the repairs they did. If I had a different goal or idea, they seriously considered it, without nickel and diming me. I will definitely be using Fortune again.
